The Aliante is my very favorite hotel in Vegas. I like the downstairs gift shop, casino and restaurants. I enjoy going on walk-about's and the staff seem to 'get-it' and they are very nice. They will chat with me if I'm bored :) and the pool is just gorgeous! The hot-tub is always open (Love that!) and the vibe there is a good vibe, for me. This hotel used to be a Station Casino (which was great because of the lower prices, but we love it so much we'll still book Aliante when we can).

Room Tip: The suite was huge and awesome. We got upgraded from a 'normal' room one time to a suite and...

not that i write many reviews , but i must for this hotel! Our stay took place mid april 2013, we met our friends there for a two day social, the hotel was super clean, the staff was helpful with a smile, note: standouts were sara the barkeeper at the steak house, the manager at bistros and dimples the pool side drink server...being a price conscious consumer this hotel was right up my alley. To have always stayed on the strip when visting vegas and pay outrages prices on food & drinks this hotel broke the mold!! eventhough it's 25 minutes away from the strip who gives a sh.t. me and my crew are in our fiftys going on thirty. so that being said coming back to this hotel is a no brainer.

Room Tip: ask for non smoking

All the staff we ran into where very nice and polite. Room seemed a little small but that could have been the decor. We arrived on A Sunday and left on Weds. The entire time the place was just about deserted, kinda nice but kinda weird. Pool area is nice, several food choices(another review), nice big Regal theater. Right on the other side of the freeway(barely heard it), is a large "new" shopping center with a huge grocery store. Last thing.....it is a ways out and don't mind the neighborhoods you may pass by, the area around the hotel is fine

We love everything about this Hotel, even with the Change in ownership.

I was kind of scared because of all the bad reviews under the new ownership, But our stay was wonderful like always.

I don't get where they're coming from With the negative reviews. Personally we were able to check in early on a Booked Friday afternoon. The front desk was friendly, gave us a great upgraded room which included free coffee drinks and free buffets. Might I add that the champagne buffet on Saturday is an incredible value for only $9.99. I had mimosas till my heart was content as well as smoked salmon and capers eggs benedict. What more could I ask for? We did venture out on the town and even dropped $100 on the Wynn Brunch on Sunday and they didnt even have eggs benedict...should have stayed at the Aliante that morning, would have had more $ in our pocket and been much more satisfied!

Loved that there were hardly any people there compared to the strip. Loved that the place did not smell like an ashtray yet. Loved the friendliness of the staff. Love the View of the Mountains and the city lights at night. Loved that the hottub was open 24/7.

We have no complaints and we will surely be staying there again!

Aliante is a local gem. The hotel rooms are large and well appointed. The casino iis very attractive and the employees are very friendly. Their buffet is one of the best in Vegas; and on Mondays and Weds it is 2 for 1.The movie theatres are great if you have kids ( as is the arcade)

Overall, a great place to stay and play.

This hotel/casino was beautiful and had a luxurious feel. The employees at the front desk were extremely polite, accommodating and helpful from the moment we checked in. They even gave us a room with a better view when we asked for it and apologized that we had to ask. The linens and towels were good quality, which was a pleasant surprise after some of the previous reviews I had read. It was really nice to have a choice of restaurants under the same roof as the hotel. There are also tons of choices for eating and shopping on this exit as well as the exits on either side. The pool area was beautiful, and again, the employees there were very friendly and accommodating. We were looking for a place off the strip to experience the "natural" side of Las Vegas. This hotel served our needs perfectly. Red Rock Canyon is only 18 miles away, and Mt. Charleston is really close also. The grounds were extremely well kept, and parking was never a problem. The room was small but decorated very nicely (exactly like the pictures portray). There are no coffee makers in the room, but they provided vouchers for free coffee in the bistro. I would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived, the hotel and casino were practically empty, even for a Wednesday. The lady at the front desk wrote down the wrong room number, and when we arrived at the room, it was still being made up. Not knowing it was the wrong room, we left our bags there and left so housekeeping could finish the room. When we returned--surprise! Key doesn't work! When we went back down to the front desk, the lady was barely apologetic, and seemed perplexed on how to get our bags back for us from the wrong room.
The next day we left our room at 8:30 am, turned on the maid service light, and returned at 2:10. Our room had not been made up. We left again less than an hour later, saw that the housekeeping carts were at either ends of the hall, and turned the made service light back on, and were gone until 9:30. Surprise again! Our room was still not made up. We went down to the front desk, and the man (again, barely apologetic--tried to blame US that the maid service light had been confusing to housekeeping--?!?) said he'd send someone up with clean towels. A half hour went by. No towels. We had to call housekeeping ourselves to get towels brought up.
Sure, mistakes happen, but there was no offer to comp us anything for the hassle, and the front desk should do a much better job taking responsibility when things get screwed up. VERY disappointing, I would not recommend this place.
