We were heading home and I just didn't want to have to cook so we decided to stop somewhere in the neighborhood. I had eaten here once before and the pizza was decent but my friend paid, so I didn't even look at the prices...
So we stopped at Bambini's.
The atmosphere is really nice and the people are really nice and the waitstaff were attentive etc..
The food was good.. Not knock your socks off good but good..
The only problem I had is the pricing..
We had the eggplant parm and it came with the usual pasta and it was OK.. I would rate it 3 after NY Pizza (2) and Parma by Chef Marc (1).. But Parma by Chef Marc is a whole different ball game since to me, it's gourmet and notches above regular pizza joints... but the joke is... Parma is cheaper! and NY Pizza even though they don't have the ambiance, they have the flavors and portion sizes and their prices are way less..
So in conclusion, Bambini's is a nice place with good food, but expensive..
