“Gem in the Desert”
Reviewed 3 July 2012

When driving through Pahrump, this is definitely worth the stop. Great home made soups and sandwiches. Love the selection of coffee. I brought the Kona Blend home and enjoyed it very much. It's a little hard to see from the road and the sign could be bigger but it's worth the effort.

“A little gem”
Reviewed 24 April 2012

On the drive from Las Vegas to Death Valley we stopped at this restaurant. The city of Pahrump is sort of a pit, but this place was worth the stop, hidden in a non-descript strip mall. The coffee is good, the breakfasts are terrific and the atmosphere is friendly. It's a place where geezers get together, nursing their joe, and where hikers fill up on stick-to-the-ribs breakfasts and lunches before hitting the back-country.

“Great Coffee!”
Reviewed 17 March 2012

I love the variety and taste of the coffee. The flavors change seasonally and the service in the small cafe is excellent. It is a must see.

“The best breakfast we had in 3 weeks in the US!”
Reviewed 18 September 2011

We came across Pahrump Valley Roasters almost by accident while looking for a suitable stopping point between Las Vegas and the Hoover Dam. We had had enough of the excesses of Las Vegas, so rather than staying for breakfast on our last day we left early. Pahrump was the next suitable town for breakfast, and while searching for suitable breakfast places on the internet I came across the PVR on Facebook. It wasn't easy to find - tucked away in among offices and shops off the main road, but I'm glad we did find it! It was very homely and the food and coffee were delicious - real food! The rest of the clientele were local - I don't think they get many tourists! - and the service was efficient and friendly. All in all, and very enjoyable and memorable breakfast.
