“Average Casino for Great Value.”

Harrah's and Harvey's are the same, operated by the same people and even connected so that everyone can share in the excitement. They are within a hundred feet of Ski Heavenly Resort's gondola which makes it great. If you stay in Tahoe and want to party Stay at Harrah's, Harvey's or Mont Bleu as you can stumble back to your room, any other hotel is not close enough or is not fun enough. If you are looking for Huge Vegas Luxury then these can not offer like that. Nice place to gamble, Fun place to Party, awesome value....

We got married May 10 at the Wedding Chapel in Harvey's. We couldn't be happier! Everything about the planning process was easy and everyone was SO helpful! The ceremony was planned with just a few phone calls. We went and checked out the chapel the day before the ceremony and met with Reverend Ron and the Zac. They are so accommodating and make every decision so easy!

The only information I gave them for the bouquet was "pink roses", and it was more beautiful than I ever expected! We brought a CD with the songs we wanted played for the ceremony and it went so well!! They talked us and our guests through every part of the ceremony, it flowed so well. They really do have this down to a science!! There was no question they couldn't answer!

I was worried planning a wedding from out of state (we live in Washington), but I am so impressed with the service and the outcome!! The Wedding Chapel and Rev Ron are so well known in the area, and I can see why! They made our wedding ceremony better than we could have ever expected! Thank you!!

We paid 50 bucks for a king size bed room. The room was awesome with an even better shower!!!! no free wifi or coffee. Casino was huge and fun even after losing all night! it was alot nicer than expected with an heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Free parking and optional free valet. Strawhat pizza is very good, and is located in the casino.

Room Tip: Ask for a lake view room!

This hotel has been around and still is a great place. Big rooms with lots of marble and huge bath. Bath has seperate shower and bath tub plus a sink in that room as well. Large vanity mirror with blow dryer and nice seating as well as magnification mirror. Floor to ceiling windows give great views. For a great lake view get a north side, north tower room. For concerts get a north tower west end suite with a balcony. Have fun in this great location with the Cabo Wabo and many other great attractions within easy walking distance.

My BF and I stayed at Harvey's for 3 nights in an updated view room on the 7th floor (707). We had a lovely view of the pool area, the mountains as well as a lake view through the trees. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The room as well as the bathroom areas were spotless and everything was in perfect condition. The King bed was very comfortable and had nice linens ample pillows (5 total). I love the wallpaper in the bathroom/dressing area. The door on the hotel rooms do not slam closed like most hotel rooms do, they are equipped with an easy close mechanism, this is especially nice to not hear slamming doors at all hours of the night. The 32' flat screen TV was excellent. Also, as a non-smoker, we really appreciated the no smoking in the lobby area and that the Casino was locate on level 3. We are not big gamblers, so it was so nice not to have to wade through a smoke filled slot machined area everytime we walked around the lobby to leave. The hotel has free parking with very easy access to the hotel lobby. The sidewalk waiting area in front of the hotel entrance is equipped with a heat above you while you wait. They have a free concierge computer near the elevators to print your airline boarding passes and to look up activities to book or call on. The staff was always friendly and helpful to us. The weather was absolutely perfect and Lake Tahoe is incredibly amazing and beautiful and we loved our stay at this hotel and would love to come back and stay here again. We were here during what they call the "shoulder" season so unfortuantely we did not get to do all the outdoor activities we wanted to do because they were just getting things prepared for the summer season. We will be back.

Room Tip: Opt for the upgraded Mountain view room withthe modern furnishings. Join the Hotel reward program to...

My girlfriend and I spent 3 very nice nights at Harvey's. The room was on the 8th floor with a good view of the Lake Tahoe and and the mountains also unfortunately also the roof the lower building. Was a smoking room and limited to the 8th floor. All and all the view was nice.Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was on the larger side which was very nice. GF and I both had our own sink aera. The casino was ok but then sometimes you are lucky and other times not. Didn't get hurt playing the slots but had much better luck at Harrah's across the street. Nice thing is there is a tunnel that takes you from one to the other with a very easy walk. Food was good at both places. Would like to thank Harrah's and Harvey's for a great stay in the Lake Tahoe area!

Stayed at Harveys for 2 nights. The rooms were nice but could use a little TLC. The shower floor and walls were stained and had a little mold in the grout. The bed was comfortable though and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the large flat screen t.v. and limited view of the mountains and lake. We were disappointed that the room did not have a coffee maker - we thought those were fairly standard at hotels. We also had trouble finding an outlet to charge my husbands phone. The only one we could find was in the bathroom. I forgot to pack body wash and Q-Tips but I wasn't worried because I thought there would be some complimentary in the room, but no such luck. The casino was starting to look a little dated...it could use a little TLC as well. We were also disappointed that some of the stores in the hotel were not open. Also, there wasn't any information about the hotel in the room...I'm used to a book or binder that details what the hotel has to offer. If there was one, I couldn't find it. On a positive note, all the staff were really nice and willing to help when we needed something. I'm not sure if I would stay here again, but it was a relaxing getaway.
