“Alpine Slides”
Reviewed 18 August 2013

My 10 year old son and I just came back from visiting the White Mountains. One of the things we did was go to Attitash. We loved the alpine slide, the line moves fast and we did the ride 6 times. The alpine coaster was another story. It was a 45 minute wait for the ride standing out in the blistering sun with nowhere to go for cover without losing our place in line. Overall the staff was courteous at best.

“Great summer fun.”
Reviewed 18 August 2013

I highly recommend the roller coaster and alpine slide. It is a great experience. Lines can be long in the summer and food is pricey--but it is a great family fun day.

“Terrible Customer Experience!”
Reviewed 16 August 2013

It's a pricey day at $45 per for a family of 5. The staff is simply not customer focused and simply dont appreciate the business. A staff member and his supervisor preferred to refund our day because they dont allow family members to hold places in line for others (even if your going to the bathroom). If upper management focused more on the macro level of customer experience the likelihood is that we would come back and spend more money. We had a TERRIFIC experience at Mt Cranmore 2 days ago (while a smaller mountain--their employees genuinely cared about the consumer). I wouldn't go back to Attitash and certainly will tell all about how terrible they treat customers.

“Beware long lines in Summer”
Reviewed 16 August 2013

We visited on a beautiful weekday in Mid August, with our two daughters 9yrs and 11yrs. Although the attractions looked fun, and we paid for an all-access pass up front, the only ride we went on was the Mountain Coaster. The lines were just too much to handle. The shortest line we saw was about 45 minutes for the trampolines, but both the Mountain Coaster and Alpine Slide were over an hour each. Attitash desperately needs some sort of "fast pass" system, or at the very least, something to entertain the kids who spend hours waiting throughout the day. They even have a "no reserving spots in line" policy, which meant we couldn't send the kids to run around and play while the adults waited. Overall a waste of money. If you really have your heart set on going, I would recommend this place ONLY if you get there well before it opens so you can be first in line.
