“Decent place to stop in an area of limited choices”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 August 2014

We stopped here late night on the way through NH en route to Maine. We were short on options and this place was open. Good basic food and a great choice of ice cream. Apparently seafood is supposed to be good, but unfortunately the lobster mac and cheese was sold out.

Would love to try it again, perhaps earlier in the day when the specials might be more available.

“Great desserts at a cheery little restaurant on Bartlett's main street. ”

Cabin Fever is a nice place to eat. Burgers, pizza, and fried seafood, soups n salads. All very good but homemade pies and Gifford's ice cream for dessert. Wonderful!

“Friendly, comfortable atmosphere with reasonable fare & great menu.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 July 2014

We were recommended to this restaurant by a local person for the seafood, quality & reasonable priced family restaurant. They were right!! We came back again before leaving town. The pizza is great, the drink menu is full of local brews, they have locally made ice cream which is awesome & amazing homemade pies. Besides that, the only thing I always miss in the mountains is seafood, they take care of that- delicious & fresh. I recommend it, the owner Dawn served us the first visit & was very friendly and welcoming, even gave us ideas of places to check out in the area.

“Fried Clams/Pizza”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 July 2014

The night we were there they had music so it was crowded and we had about a 30 minute wait. Once seated the waitress took our order for food and drinks. the music was a little loud but it was very good. When the food arrived the clam plate was piled high and very good. the pizza also was very good.

“LOVED the pizza and COLD beer”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 July 2014

We went here twice during our 1 week vacation. First time the group of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) had the warm lobster roll, onion rings, chicken fingers, and pizza (cheese and Ravine). The adults also enjoyed Moat brewery Blueberry beer. The beer on draft is super cold, just the way I like it. The lobster roll was delicious and the pizza was, as my daughter said it, the best she ever had. On our second return we against had pizza, this time the buffalo shrimp salad and nachos. Nachos were very good and the pizza was again awesome. Also the kids meals come with a scoop of ice cream, which if Gifford's and very good. Both times we got scoops to go and enjoyed them outside on their front porch and in the pack on the train tracks. The place is small so if you go during prime time you are going to wait, but it's worth it.
