Excellent room - very helpful staff. I was not able to have the breakfast provided in the lobby so I took the bagged breakfast that was provided at the desk. It was very good and a great way to start the day.

You want a pleasant, clean and comfortable place to stay with friendly staff and a good hot breakfast, all for a very reasonable price? THIS is the place to be in/around Concord, NH.
Free Wi-Fi, a pool and exercise room (small but adequate) are included.

Room Tip: Obviously noisier near the lobby. Higher floors are generally quieter.

Quiet, easy to find, very comfy bed and awesome pillows! Interacted with 4 different staff members-ALL were pleasant and efficient. I appreciated having name-brand cold cereals in their options to choose from, rather than the generic tasteless cardboard I've had recently at other hotels. Great cookies at check-in!

For the price (not cheap), had to swipe the door key around 20 times each time we used it before door opened; people across the hall had same problem. Above average noise in room. Temp controls were not accurate.

Thank you for staying with us at the Hampton Inn Concord/Bow. I would like to apologize to you for the issues encountered with the key not working. Since this time, we have cleaned all card readers which has resolved this issue. I am sorry we did not get this done prior to your stay but certainly appreciate your comments. I do hope you will afford us the opportunity to stay with us again when your travels next take you to the Concord area.

Best regards,

The decor was very beautiful and the location was fantastic. Quiet and charming. The night staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The day staff was not very outgoing or friendly. The food was a little less quality than you would expect....lots of rubbery egg stuff. Otherwise, great hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We appreciate the comments about the decor - we have just completed our lobby renovation which also included a redo of the fitness room with new Precor equipment. I also am very pleased with the evening front desk staff but will be reviewing with everyone regarding the day staff - our goal of course is excellent service, day and night. I will also be passing along your comments about the egg product to Hampton Hotels.

We all look forward to your return and wish you a very happy Spring season ahead.

Best regards,

Michael Scavotto

Stayed here one night for business. Property conveniently located off 93 and 89. The room appeared to be very old and this property looks like it had been through many changes. The room left something to be desired but please to be fair the rates are very reasonable and if you can live without some amenities you will get your monies worth.

No microwave or fridge.
No closet it was a retangle box like they sell at IKEA.
Cheap ironing board looks like made in DPK.
Room had two separate drawer units. This made a small room smaller and what is the point?
One TV 32"
Could use more TV channels.
Lack of outlets very apparent. Big time!
Internet wi-fi was lousy for me
Coffee maker on desk because there is no shelf/counter space in bathroom
Was put on top floor which also contained smoking rooms. In order to get to my non-smoking room had to go through stinky hallway. Give up the smoking rooms already!

Front desk was not very friendly and I will not be staying here again.

Room Tip: For a stink free experience stay away from the top floor!

I chose this hotel for an overnight with my husband. We got the room with a jacuzzi tub. The hotel was clean and the room was nice and clean, but for the money not really worth the extra. The jacuzzi tub only had a few jets. There was no refrigerator or microwave. The breakfast that is included is nice for a quick breakfast, but nothing special. Coffee is always available in the lobby, which is nice. Other than that, nothing special overall.
