The Omni Hotel is gorgeous. The more affordable Lodge is a bit less stunning. Pool area was very clean. And staff was great. The shuttle bus service was very useful and the drivers was friendly. The Lodge rooms could use some upgrading.

Due to the relationship with the Omni Mt. Washington the Lodge is over-priced as is all of the restaurants offered by the hotel. If you can get a room with a kitchen, do it and save yourself a lot of money.

Nice accommodations at a reasonable price. Kids were able to ski all day and swim all night. Our room had a small balcony that looked out to the Omni and Mt. Washington. Beautiful! Clean and close to the mountain!

This is a roadside motel with few real amenities. The front desk staff tried hard, but they were either without the proper tools or not trained well. At one point, the couple in front of us checking in were politely trying to work through a check-in error. The desk clerk finally called the manager, who happened to be behind a door 5 feet away. Their phone conversation could be heard through the door. It was comical. And took too long. I stood there for 15 minutes while they had a phone conversation 5 feet from each other. I thought maybe I was on candid camera. They are all polite. But, very disorganized. The room was...grungy. The pool had a lot of dirt and debris on the walking areas and in the bathroom. The entire place would be fine, if one expected a roadside motel. If you expect more, you will be disappointed. The room heater is loud and runs constantly.

We haven't stayed at the Lodge in a few years and we were disappointed in our stay. Although much less expensive than the Mount Washington Hotel or Bretton Arms, it's run down and not being maintained. They have eliminated the continental breakfast, which use to be included and very nice. They no longer provide daily maid service, and it's hard to find help when you need it. The room was very dusty triggering allergies in our group. The rug had a slightly musty smell, there were cracks in the plaster on the bathroom walls and the calking was peeling away. The rusty bathroom heater was broken in one of the rooms and not repaired while we were there. Housekeepings solution was to leave the bathroom door open and crank up the heat in the main room, which made the bedroom area feel like a sauna. Sleeping was difficult due to the noisy heater in the room, which kept kicking on every 30 minutes or so even in the "stop" position. The hot tub in the Lodge, which would have been nice after skiing, has been removed. On a positive note, the shuttle was easy to access to get to the ski area and Mount Washington Hotel so that you could use the amenities there.
