Firstly, the manager is a saint. He makes it all right from catering to sit down meals and his staff know to follow his warm, kind nature. All of the food is responsibly sourced so there is no bitter taste of remorse for factory eggs and corporate junk from who-knows-where. Vegetarians and vegans as well as gluten- and sugar-free people are all accommodated. Sure, it's an older building with exposed brick so it can be noisy but what do you expect at such a popular and hopping place? They have a generous community bulletin board, recycling bins, and neat messages (without being preachy) in the washrooms. This is a small family of shops in New Hampshire but it feels nothing like a chain but more like a nice, little family run independent place. You will love it.
