We traveled with our son to Concord for a few days, and decided to reserve a suite to give all of us some privacy during the evenings, but the way the suites are laid out, ther is no privacy for anyone.

The "suites" are an afterthought. Actually they are connecting rooms turned into suites, and the arrangement just felt backward. The entry room is the master bedroom, then the connecting room has a foldout couch, a tv, and a jacuzzi right in the room. The bathroom is only accessible by going through the second room.
This is very different than any other suite we have ever booked, and we ended up in and out of my son's room many times for bathroom trips. Of course he was also in and out of our room to go get ice, etc. Needless to say, with this kind of "privacy" the jacuzzi was not an option for anyone of us.
The fold out couch was impossible to sleep on, and the next nights we requested a roll away bed, which was better.
The hotel was clean, the breakfast was fine, and the service was good. I would possibly recommend the rooms, but don't pay extra for a suite.

Both husband and I were pleased with our recent stay. Room was exceptionally clean, microwave and refigerator available, great shower head, breakfast had plenty of both hot and cold items. We didn't have time to use the amentities (pool, exercise facility). Staff was friendly with all my questions. Great location and PRICE.

I was there for 13 days. I was looking for the best rate in town, given an extended stay. Wasn't expecting much.

My stay was excellent in all respects. The property was clean, always. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good (instant eggs, sausages, cereals, yogourts, etc.). Room had a small fridge and a microwave - could and did have meals there when I wanted to. Free WIFI.

Used the gym a couple of days, not that much equipment but at least a treadmill, bike and some weights.

Cable was ok. Missed HBO, my only complaint.

Not fancy, but very acceptable and unbeatable for the money paid. Would stay there again.

Room Tip: Third floor was nice. Far away from the freeway.

We got a "deal" using priceline on this hotel for a family wedding and I was hesitant to try it, not having much experience with the brand. We were pleasantly surprised in most regards.

The positives...

The location is SO close to the entrance to 89 and 93 both, within a mile of each in fact.
The breakfast was good, though after six days we had grown a little sick of the exact same fare and wish they'd mix it up a bit...There were scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels (wheat...which is nice...many only carry white.) juice and coffee.
The rooms were clean. They didn't mind our pack and play taking up a huge corner of the room.
I loved the shower head, it was the self adjusting kind, and though it would be too short for a taller man (approx 6 feet off the floor) it was just right for my short husband and me... :)
Parking was free and easily accessible
The stairs were carpeted and nicely kept. We choose to take the stairs to our room always and many hotels simply offer elevators or the concrete stairs used for fire escapes. Strange thing to like, but we like to stay fit.
Safety....There were video cameras all over the place, in the hallways and common areas.
Cookies were provided each afternoon.

Things I'd change...
The fact that two doors down from our "non-smoking" room, the "smoking" rooms started....I am allergic to cigarette smoke and was baffled that these rooms were not separated by floor etc.
The pool is rented out to parties of screaming and obnoxious teens....enough said....
There was a group of soccer players staying at the hotel at the same time that we were there and they were in no way monitored, which was not the hotels fault, but there were not even adults sleeping in the teens rooms or on our floor...they would knock on the walls and doors of our room while our infant was sleeping and there was noone monitoring them.
The sheets, pillow cases and towels were a bit thin, two had see through over spots and one had a stain that I had to ask to have changed. (when we arrived, a large yellow circle...eck)

Overall, it was a great stay. We would stay there again. For the price, it was well worth not staying with family!! :)

Room Tip: Make sure to request a room FAR from the smoking rooms is you are allergic or if smoking bothers you...
