Had a great lunch as well as a fun holiday party at the Rebel Chef, and was very impressed with the quality (and quantity) of the food. They use very fresh ingredients for excellent flavor the two times I went. The negative is related to the setting - they are located on the third floor of the mill building downtown, in a re-purposed office area. It's a large space, with fluorescent lighting and big windows and was decorated nicely for the holidays. But it's still a tough space to make inviting. An excellent choice for a company party or group event, less so for an intimate evening. Very reasonable prices for the great food. I hope they do well!
