Ate subs from Rolands back in the late 60's. They were awesome! Moved to Naples, Florida about 10 years ago but whenever visiting the Dover area always stopped for a sub. Now living in New Jersey and I still can't wait for a Rolands sub whenever I am in the area. Their location now and probably for the last ten years, is about a hundred feet from their old location and their subs are still awesome. Still the same after all these years. Quality has always been there. The best way to describe their sandwiches is delicate! Not thrown together, but assembled perfectly with the right balance of everything! Their "Special" is my favorite Italian sub. Ask for black olives to be added and a little extra oil for that little extra special treat. Perfecto!
