Description: My wife and I ate at Ciao Pasta on 21 July. This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Tilton/Franklin area. The food was excellent with a great choice of pasta, sauces, and "add-ons." They have a good selection of wine at very reasonable prices. The staff was friendly, courteous, and provided excellent service. With all the low end chain restaurants in the Tilton area, this is the best place to eat, by far.

“Great Italian food in a neighborhood setting”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 October 2012

Four of us friends went to Ciao Pasta and had a fabulous meal. The smell walking into the restaurant will draw you in immediately! Nice complimentary salsa with warm bread while you peruse the menu. Drinks are very reasonable and a good selection, too. Some of us ordered the spinach salad which was so fresh and lightly dressed, just the way we like it. All of our entrees were delicious, served hot and nobody left anything on their plate, even though the portions were quite large! My lobster fettuccine alfredo was so good! The sauces for their dishes are superb. They have a designer menu where you can pick the kind of pasta you'd like, the sauce to go with it, and specify any add-ons that you would like. No room for dessert this time, but the cannolis looked so good! We will return.

5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 October 2012

We eat out often and we have always found Ciao Pasta in Franklin to be the best - but now we have another!. Ciao Pasta in Northfield.. Just read that they had another restaurant so we tried it Saturday. Nice bright clean friendly restaurant. They same food as Franklin. Northfield is much closer for us so we will be going here. You just have to try it! Wonderful.

“Not just the best in Franklin”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 October 2012 via mobile

We have eaten out in the region at least once a week for years and have tried every place within an hour we can find. My wife is a fantastic cook and a tough critic. We have loved every meal we have had here without a single exception and the staff does thier job very well. You wouldn't guess such a fine place to be at the location but it boosts the area with it presence.

“Excellent food and welcoming atmosphere”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 October 2012

We loved this place the moment we came through the door. Every diner seemed to be having a really good time. The staff was attentive and friendly. I tried an old standby, fettucine alfredo, and it was delicious. My wife was more adventuresome, and she enjoyed a first-rate salad as well as a fine chicken dish. The mascarpone cake for dessert was wonderful. The restaurant is not large (perhaps 40-50 seats), so make a reservation or go early. It is, deservedly, a VERY popular place.

“Unbelievable food!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 September 2012

Pasta was incredibly fresh! I often visit the Norht End in Boston for dining and this place could have easily held it's own there. The decor and waitstaff were also great!
