“Expensive, but very generous portions”
Reviewed 18 July 2014

Great breakfast foods. Very popular, so there may be a wait. We sat at the counter to avoid the wait. This was fine, but the kids would have had a better view of the toy train that runs around the diner if seated elsewhere. It's small and as noisy as you would expect for a busy diner near Storyland. It's somewhat expensive for breakfast at a diner, at around $40 for two adults and 2 kids. However there is a 10% off coupon on their webpage. Portions are huge, so we brought enough back to the hotel for the next morning's breakfast. I would much rather have paid a reasonable price for a single serving and gone back twice to try something new and fresh.

“GREAT FOOD - GREAT ATMOSPHERE - FRIENDLY STAFF!”
Reviewed 18 July 2014

I eat at Glen Junction whenever I am in the Mt. Washington Valley. Their signature pancakes with real maple syrup are my favorite breakfast food there. For lunch I go for their wraps. Waitstaff are smiley and make you feel special, and for sure you won't leave hungry! Hearty and deeeelish! Of course, the train is nice, but for sure I go for the food!

“Mediocre food; expensive breakfast”
Reviewed 12 July 2014

This cute looking restaurant is right next to Storyland and serves breakfast and lunch. My 2 year old ordered a pancake that was more blah that Aunt Jamimas my wife's omelette was boring. I wouldn't have minded the high prices being in a tourist trap if the food was decent. Do yourself a favor and go to Peaches instead

“Great Brearainkfast - kids loved the train”

The food was very good and the kids loved the train. The playroom upstairs was nice for the short wait time also.

During the busy seasons we try to keep wait times to a minimum, but always invite people to play a few games in our waiting room before or after your meal!
We hope to see you back again soon!

“Mmmm”
Reviewed 25 June 2014

You think of New Hampshire you think of skiing, hiking and outlet stores. Here's something else to think of, GLEN JUNCTION. It's simply the best breakfast restaurant, period. I've been visiting N.H., for more than 18 years and I've tried so many breakfast places in and around the North Conway-Glen-Jackson area, some are good one day, average the next, but the one constance is Glen Junction. The place is inviting and the staff will show you how customers should be treated. Prices are very reasonable and the food, especially the pancakes and eggs benedict are pure heaven. Start the day off right, at Glen Junction. Try it and you'll know why it's recommend and why they have so many repeat customers.
