A recent stop at this Burger King was very disappointing. I ordered two cheeseburgers with extra cheese (which I paid extra for), large french fry and medium diet soft drink through the drive-thru. It would appear to be a "slam-dunk" of an order for this fast-food chain but this proved to be too much of a challenge for the clerks. Sadly, I did not discover the mess-up until I was way down the road. When I opened the bag, I had two regular hamburgers, a small french fry and a medium regular (not diet) soft drink and no napkins. It's easy to see why the minimum wage needs to be raised to attract more competent employees.
