We were happy with our experience from beginning to end. I was looking for a place to surprise my husband for his birthday and his two loves (besides me) are the ocean and our two dogs (a lab and a golden). I wanted a place that we could let the dogs run on the beach and be able to stay for the night.......The Seascape fullfilled it all and my husband had a great birthday. If you are looking for something really fancy and modern you will not find it, but if you are looking for clean, well maintained rooms with a microwave and refrigerator and plenty of casual comfort the Seascape in is that and more.......The beach is right across the street, the gazebo area is beautiful and just calling you sit a while and enjoy the outside. There are so few pet friendly places and we felt that our dogs (yes big dogs not a 50lb limit) were welcome at all time. And yes, you can get the answer to which came first the chicken or the egg!!!!! We will be back, thank you for a wonderful time.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff makes this place. Coffee, small danish, muffin and a warm greeting every morning at the checking office. There is a large gas grill in a picnic area for guests to use; its a nice touch.

It is just s few yards from the Ocean.

JUST DON'T; if this is, as the web site says, a Top-Rated hotel in the area, then skip the whole area. Go to Rye, NH, which is beautiful, or even Portsmouth, which isn't on the beach, but is pretty and nice.
This place really is on a busy street (that you have to cross to get to the beach) and it really is depressing and damp and dank. I don't understand how anyone would give this place a positive review. I'm not a five-star traveler, but there was nothing acceptable about this place.
If, as the owner says, the "Sad, shabby, squalid, etc." lady didn't even spend a half hour at the place, I don't blame her. You wouldn't want to spend 15 minutes here.

We have just returned from a 3-day stay at Seascape Inn. This was our first stay on the North Beach, which is much quieter and more charming than Hampton Beach, yet still close to all amenities. We found Randy , Jeff and their team to be extremely pleasant and accommodating. We look forward to returning next year (or maybe sooner).

Stayed here for one night. Nice room on 2nd floor. Beach access across the street. This hotel is across from the water but up the same street from all the other hotels which I liked much better than being on top of everybody.

My boyfriend and me stayed at Seascape Inn for one night on our way to Boston. Our room was nice and clean. The owners are extremly friendly and hopeful. They helped us make an unforgettable whale watching tour. Thanks again! There is an access to a very nice beach just across the street.
A place you just have to recomment!

I enjoyed my weekend at SeaScape Inn in Hampton. You are far enough away from the hectic, craziness of the strip in Hampton, but only a quick 5-minute drive to the beach. We could hear the ocean from our room and enjoyed the beach across the street. If you like to enjoy the atmosphere of the beach, but don't like all the commotion, this is a great place. The owner was very pleasant and we didn't have any problems. Rooms are SMOKE-FREE so they don't smell like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes the night before. Linens were clean as were the rooms, very nice place to stay in. I plan on going back. Thank you for a nice weekend!
