I stayed at the Christmas Farm Inn over the weekend for a wedding. Our party of 20 had dinner Friday night and all around the table were comments of amazing food. I personally had the Balsamic Beef tips with portable mushrooms and risotto. The beef was cooked to order, tender, and mouth watering-ly delicious! On Fridays they also offer 50% off bottles of wine which was a great deal! My friend had the spinach & chicken ravioli - it was gone in 10 minutes it was so yummy! Oh! And the cheesecake for dessert! Sinfully decadent - large enough to split with a friend!
Breakfast each morning was also fabulous. Some of the best French Toast I have ever had, as well as some tasty eggs Benedict!
For the wedding they served great teriyaki Beef skewers (everyone had at least 2 or more!) and again some amazing cranberry (?) beef tips and a wonderful spinach/strawberry/walnut salad.
And I can't JUST review the food without giving some great kudos to the Staff! Ian the F&B Manager was understanding and accommodating with our large party in the restaurant. As well as being a gracious point person during the wedding set-up and even tended bar for the event. He is knowledgeable about the area attractions and was able to recommend an off site venue (dancing/pool/drinks) that would meet all of the needs for our group of 9! Josh also deserves kudos for flawless service both in the restaurant for dinner, at the wedding the next night, and even at breakfast Sunday morning! He's a trooper and was great to work with!
Food and staff are professional and accommodating, and made a very memorable weekend that much better :) THANK YOU!!!
