Quiet, quaint, and clean. Fresh linens every day, and delightful breakfasts served to order. Helping us was the Innkeeper Chris, who is very friendly and will do her best to make sure your stay is memorable!

Room Tip: We were on the third floor. Very quiet and discreet.

When you arrive at the inn you are a customer, when you leave Christina the innkeeper makes you feel like your part of her family. The food and service was exceptional. Christina I feel is one of the best innkeepers in the area and she does everything in her power to make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable.

Room Tip: room 1 has a wood burning fireplace. 2nd floor rooms have gas fireplaces.

We stayed in the first floor room and really enjoyed the private porch that came with it! The innkeeper Melissa and crew were consummate hosts - they took care of every need, including roses for my wife upon arrival and accommodating extra guests for breakfast one morning. A wonderful place to stay....

My wife and I spent one night here. Although the inn itself could use some touch ups here and there , we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Chris the innkeeper is very pleasant. I cannot say enough about the wonderful breakfasts we had. Lots of variety, well presented ,cooked to order and delicious. We would stay here again.

Room Tip: I only saw our room and not a bit disappointed. Best to review the photos of the guest rooms. Only...

We stayed in Room 12. I can't remember the name of the room - Jefferson maybe? It had a queen bed and a private bath. Our only complaints were that the thermostat in the room wasn't very responsive and that the mirror in the bathroom was a little too low - even for me and I'm 5'7". I had to slouch to put my makeup on in the morning. Otherwise, we enjoyed the cute town of Jackson. The Inn was well kept and everyone was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. We are used to sleeping in a king-sized bed and we had no issues. Breakfast was great and there was A LOT of food! Come super hungry! We enjoyed talking with other guests and with the staff. There were always snacks set out in the afternoon - usually lemonade and cookies - but there were also pretzels and goldfish. There is an ice maker, keurig and refrig for you to use as you please. We had an event to go to early one morning and the innkeeper was kind enough to set us out some cereal, granola, fruit, milk and juice so that we could eat and run. Great place to stay.

Very nice grounds with a nice setting overlooking the small town. Comfortable and affordable room on the third floor. Breakfast was really the topper of it all. Breakfast is served by a friendly and very efficient young lady in a sunny porch room with at least five different choices. My husband had a yummy fresh omelet and I had apple/walnut pancakes. Bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, etc. is also available. Although we had but a few questions the desk was friendly and willing to answer questions. By the way, don't miss Jackson Falls. We walked there up a rather steep hill but later realized that we could have driven and made life easier. But the walk was pleasant enough. The falls are really nice and such a surprise that they are right in town. We enjoyed dinner at the Redfox and I am writng a separate review there. Have fun!

Room Tip: Saved some money by going to the third floor. Not a bad staircase and very quiet up there. Room wi...

Just got back from a 2 night stay at the Inn at Jackson. This place was perfect. Quaint New England style charm and décor. We were in the smallest room at the inn and it was still ample space. The bed was very comfy and everything was fresh and clean. Chris the Innkeeper is a very hard worker and aims for customer satisfaction. Upon checking in, she gave us a brief tour of the premise…breakfast room, communal lounge, kitchen/bar, hot tub and our room. More people should take pride like her in their work. Chris’ mom was also in town and was helping serve breakfast and tend to the inn. She was equally pleasant and eager to please the guests. My girlfriend and I loved the village of Jackson and spent the better part of the day at the falls, which was a 10 minute walk. Like other reviewers have said, the breakfasts were fantastic. If you are looking for a relaxing get away ion the Conway/Jackson areas, look no further than the Inn at Jackson…..we cannot wait for the next weekend we get to go there! Thank you Chris and staff for a wonderful weekend….and for the hostas 
