First out of the barn, the girls performance was a site to see. This event is a must see for adults and children alike.

We made the short scenic drive to the farm and were excited to see a working New England farm and make a few purchases. When we arrived we thought it was pretty and looked interesting, but after walking in the buildings and store and around the animal stalls we were never greeted and a little confused as to what to do or see. It looked like it was more of a place for school children to take a field trip to. We left without any interaction from anything but a chicken crossing our path.

As soon as you pull in to this farm you know its a great place to visit. In the fall they have hayrides, and celebrate the season, with nice fresh apples, and apple cider. They also have maple sugaring, and syrup freshly made. I've been to many different celebrations there, and they are very informative and a layed back style. If you go, just know to dress appropriately, you will want shorts/pants, and comfortable shoes. There is a small petting farm there and across the street are the cows, and cow barn. This is very popular with school outings, and they are fabulous with children. They have their own beehives and just about everything else you can image that comes grown from the earth.

Yes, there is a newer building that can house parties, and its log cabin style, and comfortable. I would not have a huge wedding here myself, but a down to earth wedding, or any other party would be fun, complete with beautiful fireplace if my memory is right, but be sure to ask to make sure.

I've been to Maypole dances there, with actual Maypoles, and played instruments from years past. Home School children know this place well, and its a great educational trip for them to enjoy each time they go, all year long.

They do have summer camp, and its a hands on experience. Chores need to be done to keep up the farm! Check out their website, I'm sure you will find all the information you need, and if not call and ask, everyone is NH friendly!

It seems like this place would be very cool if you were able to check out the programs that they put on. We were only there for a wedding. It was a very pretty setting but if you choose to have your wedding there be advised there is no room for a dance floor so you have to lose about three of your guests tables after they eat. It is not pleasant for the guest as there is no place to store their stuff after their table is gone.

The farm was purchased by a man who wanted to make farming accessible to children. While it is a working dairy and crop farm, they offer many educational programs for schools and families, all year long, including summer camps. They also have a beautiful event hall that is often booked for weddings.
