Although, this is a beautiful hotel and in a great location, there is little concern for customer appreciation! Within the spa specifically, BEWARE!! they have false advertising of sequential services and earning the 6th at 1/2 price. Being a long-term regular customer, I have noticed that there is high staff turnover that really affects the experience. Because they cannot sustain great massage therapists, they do not honor the promise of the promotion!! Not a fault of the customer if the therapist chooses to work elsewhere! Poor customer services was evident and fostered among all managers and even the innkeeper/owner!... There was no concern on their part to return phone calls or to rectify the situation. Very disappointing that I was subject to this unfortunate situation.
