“Still The Best In Lincoln”
Reviewed 31 October 2013

My girlfriend and myself have both stayed here multiple times, and it is always amazing. I was able to get some time off from work after a busy summer season, so I called the resort to check their availability. Not only were they able to accommodate us for a same-day booking, but they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Jackman Brook suite on the top floor. The rooms here are beautiful, the service is outstanding, and the location is perfect. This is THE PLACE to stay in Lincoln. The maintenance staff here must be the best in the industry, as the resort itself is huge and there have never been issues during any of our stays. Very well done guys. We are already planning our next trip hopefully sometime next summer! (Someone should inform people from Arizona that leaf-peeping is not done FROM your hotel room.)

Room Tip: All rooms are amazing. We stayed in room 442

I really wanted to rate this place as high as so many of my fellow reviewers have, but no can do. Our experience just wasn’t that great. We had been planning our “leaf-peeper” trip (and our first trip to New England), for over a year and a half, as a way to celebrate a special wedding anniversary; we made our reservation for 1 full week at Innseasons 18 mos. in advance! We checked in Sunday of Columbus Day weekend, and the lobby was buzzing. What a huge disappointment when we saw our room (2nd floor). Granted, the place is huge, large living/dining area, standard kitchen and two separate bathroom sink areas which is nice. But, the view out our window was mostly the roof of the lobby! Standing on a chair on the deck, we got a peek of some autumn leaves. So disappointing. We went back down to reception to see if we could change rooms and were told they were fully booked – so sorry. Turns out, they were booked Sunday, but by Tuesday the parking lot was nearly empty. It would’ve gone a long way customer-service wise if they had offered to move us to a room with a better view after the majority of the guests had checked out.

We also had to ask for additional coffee filters and dishwasher soap as they only provide 2 of each for a 7-day stay. There was supposed to be a towel change everyday and full cleaning 1x during our stay. Towels were changed once and full cleaning never happened. Upside: the bed was very comfortable.

We ended up checking out early (Thursday) and we were never even asked how our stay was. Again, poor customer service. If we were to return to Lincoln (doubtful), we certainly would not stay here. I would recommend you don’t either, unless customer service isn’t high on your list.

Room Tip: Stay away from room 207, possibly others on the second floor above the lobby if you want a nice view...

We were very happy with the 1BR condo we rented. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped - full size refrigerator, oven, micro and plenty of pots. The bathroom was spotless and there were plenty of towels.
We were around the Franconia Notch/Loon Mountain areas for the entire trip so the hotel was located perfectly.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

We had a one bedroom condo. the amount of space was good. it was clean but it does need some updating. The staff was very responsive and friendly.

The (adventure) concierge has great activities that they plan all week long. On Monday they have a weekly orientation to explain what is going on for the week. They offer local city orientations by bus, trips up to Mount Washington, foilage drives through the northern part of the state,. Also a trip that includes an apple orchard picking, wine tasting, covered bridges, an historic church, and lunch.

We stayed here with a group of over 60 people for the recent NH Highland Games. Every room was perfect, clean, fully facilitated. Couldn't have asked for better accommodation. The staff where friendly and couldn't do enough for us. There was an older gentleman who worked on the reception at night who was very accommodating and friendly, he went out of his way to help each member of our part as at times we didn't return to the condo's because of our schedule. Can't praise the place or the team enough.

:-)

The Inn has a great location for driving to national and state parks. The grounds are very pretty and the staff is super responsive whether for an extra towel or a maintenance request. Plus, they are very personable. We were visiting the week after Labor Day, and they seemed to have kept empty rooms on the either side of occupied rooms; very thoughtful.
Opportunities for improvement include a slow Wifi, ancient technology for printing boarding passes (reminded of us of dial up), and an aging facility. However, they do keep the rooms and facility very clean. While we did not swim in the indoor pool, I left with my eyes tearing, probably from the chlorine. Please note that the there were a couple of families swimming.
And yes, we would return depending on pricing.
