Nice resort, clean and well maintained. Rooms are quite nice.
Beds are those pull down type of beds that stay in the wall when not in use; as a result the mattresses are not very high quality - quite springy and bouncy.
Staff is very nice and quite friendly. Will always take a moment to stop and smile.
We wanted to buy some toothpaste in the small shop in the hotel, but they were out of it. The manager went to his office and came back with one, which he got from his dentist's visit earlier that morning! Way to go; this is what customer service is all about.
We were given free passes for the weekend to use the gondola ride to get all the way up on the mountain. Awesome ride to the top.
The restaurant has really good food for dinner, one of the best prepared halibut dishes I've eaten, even compared to some high end places in Boston. Compliments to the chef.
The only complaint would be the quality of the breakfast buffet. The omlette station was way too slow - over 10mins for each omlette, and there were only two electrical pans which werent getting hot enough to cook quickly. The scrambled eggs were dried out. The servers and the supervisor in the restaurant gave everyone the best service that they could. You dont usually see this at other resorts. Kudos.More
