Simple motel with kitchette. Owner was friendly and helpful. Quiet at night with comfortable
beds. Easy access to major roads and local restaurants. Air conditioning really worked well.
Tv and wi fi worked well.

I travel alot for business and I've been all over the U.S. This place is a total dive. I have never written a bad review for anything before but this place deserves one. I drive a large flatbed truck, and at first was told we could not use their parking lot. They did however change their mind so we only had to park a quarter mile away on fri and sat nights. Good thing the weather in th mornings were only around -11 at the time. We had to do this a couple of times, a few times we used the owners personal parking space. Room was not serveiced for 2 weeks. We had to go ask for towels and toilet paper. The owners left us there for 3 weeks with no vac, no clean sheets, or towels. They did however leave us trash bags and instructions on how we were responsible for doin our own laundry for our room. They have no available washer or dryer, and the local laundromat is pretty expensive. The sign says clean and friendly, that is a total and complete joke. If you go there be prepared for a real surprise in the motel service at its extreme.

This motel is exactly what you want when staying in Littleton, NH. The room was small, but a perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The rooms look recently remodeled and had a microwave and fridge inside. The staff was friendly and nice for the most part. We locked ourselves out of our room the morning that we were checking out and the office was closed. We called the emergency number for the hotel and the man that ended up letting us in was very cranky and upset. We apologized profusely and hurried on our way.

It is basic in that there is no breakfast, morning coffee, or anything of that sort. But it was a perfect place to stay for just the night.

The sun was going down when we arrived in Littleton and we did not want to attempt driving the Kancamagus Highway at night. We pulled in and the gentleman was kind enough to show us the room. While the room had a musty smell at first it soon disappeared when the windows were opened. By the time we had finished checking in the office was filling up with other travelers seeking a room at the inn.

This is a mom and pop operation, not a chain, and reminded me of the type of roadside motels I would stay in when driving across the USA in the early 1960's before amenities became a key word. The type you might have found along Rt. 66 (if your old enough to remember Rt. 66). The room had two double beds (we were 3 adults), a small color TV (no not flat screen), a small round table with chairs (great as we played Scotch Bridge) and all the other basics for a good night sleep. The beds were fairly comfortable and the bathroom (although dated) was clean. They do have an outside swimming pool but it looked closed for the season.

The owner indicated coffee/tea would be available in the morning in the office lobby and it was. (Green Mountain Coffee). It was available by 7 a.m. . She was also helpful in giving us directions to the downtown area and places we could eat. By the time we got back from dinner the place was full and the no vacancy sign was up.

The price was the best around. Had checked prices and availability of other places on my smartphone and they were at least double. IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP AND DON'T NEED TOBE PAMPERED THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY.

This is not a fancy motel, but it was basically clean. We had a TV, a microwace and a small refrigerator. The bathroom had been remodeled but there was no hairdryer provided. The owners were friendly. The lobby provided tea & coffee but it was not available until after 7:30 AM and we had left by that time. The entry doors are outside and at times we could hear conversation outside our room. The plus is that one can park right in front of the door which makes for easy loading and unloading.

We choose the place following tripadvisor, but did not notice the review about the odour in the room. We have to agree it is disturbing. I think they use some cheap air freshener . The owner was nice. The pool was closed

We spent 3 nights here, the room (no 9) was pretty large, the décor was a bit dated and in places could do with a clean (dusty & tired looking) Fortunately the important things like bed linen & towels were clean. Fee coffee in the morning from reception was a bonus.

The only other issue was the fridge in the room was the noise from the fridge, If you are not using it just unplug it if it gets on your nerves.

overall for what you pay it was fine.

Room Tip: Room 9 has windows on 2 sides and being on the end doesn't has potential noise from the adjacent...
