Best food ever. Since you have to have a reservation, there is no waiting. But it is cash or check only. Prices are on the high side but the food is worth the investment. Courteous waitress and a relax setting. They only serve dinner from 5:00-9:00 pm. Located in the center of town.

What a find! Tripadvisor pointed me here, but even the good reviews didn't prepare me for such a terrific meal in a great place. The curious name (a combination of the names of the owners, who are also the chef and maitresse d) sounds like the place should be a lumberjack's hangout, but it is a jewel-like bistro with high ceilings, brick walls and imaginative prints and paintings. But the food is the real star. A small menu is carefully selected and beautifully presented - I counted 10 individual items that accompanied my chicken breast, and everything was tasty, even the usually loathsome Brussels sprout. Okay, the "wild" mushroom soup contained thoroughly domesticated porcini, aka portabella mushrooms, but the broth was light, tasty and imaginative. The Tim-Bir is simply a treasure.
A note: the place does not accept credit cards.

Efficient, good quality and original food and a good selection of wines, all for a reasonable price.

Went here for our 40th wedding anniversary. Lovely, quaint and comfortable setting. Totally enjoyed the meal and service. The app was sensational, scones and muffins with maple butter a nice surprise. Entre was served with a variety of roasted veggies. I totally loved the salmon with pecans and fresh peach barb, sauce. Homemade truffles were a pleasant surprise. No room for dessert but nice choices. Looking forward to going back in the future.
