We had the pizza and it was very good. The only down side was that it took a long time to get the food..

We arrived around 6 p.m. and although the place was more than 2/3 empty we were told it would be a 10 minute wait while our table was prepared. OK we did not question it...just seemed odd.

The menu has a fairly good selection but also the main entrée section was a little confusing at first. We had an order of fried mushrooms as our appetizer. The menu gave us the indication it would be a large portion. They were surprisingly good as they were lightly breaded and not beer battered style. However the serving was average.

Our main courses were served either over pasta or we had a choice of pasta/potato on the side. We all had chicken dishes (3 in our party) and chicken was dry and overcooked. Our meals were barely warm.

Considering the number of people dining the wait seemed very long. Also, our waitress did not offer to bring us any bread and we had to ask for it.

I am sure we could have found far better places to dine but it was getting dark and we were unfamiliar with the area.

Have been coming to the Italian Oasis for years. We have alway found good food and service at a good price. I like rich strong dark beers and the Black Beer Stout is by far the best around. Top of the list. The location of the Oasis is very convenient in the shopping downtown and very easy to stop in for a quick meal or extended dinner.

My kids wanted Italian food, and if it were just me and my hubby we would have tried another one of the restaurants recommended by trip advisor fans. But we caved since they were so well behaved during the 6 hour car ride to Mount Washington to do the cog rail. I wasn't a fan. Service was slow - but staff was kind. Food was basically deep fried aside from pizza which was bland without salt and garlic powder I added.
Their bar area was a completely separate area and was packed but the dated Italian Oasis restaurant side looked like a great candidate for a Gordon Ramsay makeover.

We stopped in Littleton for lunch and a visit to Chutter's recently. With no plan, we took a hearty recommendation from a lady on the street who seemed the think that the Oasis was the place to go.
Outdoor seating was an option, but it was a hot day and we preferred indoors out of the sun, but the temperature inside wasn't much cooler than it was outside. Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess was in the midst of complaining to one of the waitstaff. When she did give us the time of day, it was with a healthy dose of unapologetic attitude. She was uniterested in customer service and I got the impression she would have preferred us to go elsewhere.
Since we didn't know where else to go, we stayed. Our server lovely and we didn't get any of the attitude we'd gotten from the hostess. It turns out the hostess had plenty of attitude to go around for diners who came in after us.
The "Italian" portion of the menu was small and didn't translate into basic lunch fare. After waiting a long time for our food, it finally arrived. We asked for the check at the same time, since our lunch break was encroaching on dinner.
The food was good - nothing to write home about. My turkey sandwich turned out to be a grilled sandwich which wasn't indicated on the menu. The apple slices on the sandwich were so thin as to be non-existant and added nothing to the sandwich.
I can't recommend any other place in Littleton for a meal, but anything has to be better than the Oasis. The service was okay, the food was passable, the decor left a lot to be desired, and the hostess with the attitude got the entire meal of to a bad start.
Find another place to spend your eating out dollars.
