Old, dated property that desperately needs to be refurbished and renovated. As a long time Marriott traveler and member of their rewards program this property does not reflect what I expect from Marriott. While the staff was friendly and courteous they did not acknowledge my reward status or offer automatic upgrade. Small breakfast room that didn't open until 7.00 which is not much benefit for an early morning flight and later than other properties in the area. They did put out some prepackaged muffins and apples. On a positive note the price was right and the room was clean.

Room Tip: Try the courtyard next door

Had to choose a hotel for a 4 day weekend to go visit friends. Based on the reviews of the other hotels in a 5 mile radious this hotel seemed to be the best value for my money. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly would recommend this hotel to other and stay here again.

This place is OK if you are on a budget or don't have high expectations. All the furniture in my room was cheap and very beat up. The table in the living room looked like it had been gnawed by a dog. Water pressure was very low and the shower just dribbled out enough to get wet. Bed was quite comfortable though.

The free breakfast was pathetic. Very minimal.

Not planning a future stay here.

Couldn't have picked a better location for a shopping trip to Manchester, NH. Got a big 2 bedroom at a low price and everyone had plenty of room! go out to the end of the road and the next right goes right into the mall! LLBean outlet is across from the mall. Took just minutes to get there and had lots of time to shop. Hotel was reasonably priced and clean and secure.
Small pool but I didn't go there to swim anyway. Had a crappy continental breakfast that was included but wanted to eat breakfast elsewhere anyway. Easy to find and plenty of parking!
Beds were comfy and I had a great rest! updated TVs and complimentary wifi that was fast and easy to get on. Will stay again!!

Room Tip: The 2 bedroom have a queen in each room and a pullout sofa in the livingroom. Also has a kitchen wit...

We spent 3 weeks at this hotel. We had a two room suite with two people and two dogs. It was close quarters which probably colored my impression of the place more than a little. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I would like to thank them all. The rooms were adequate. (the colors were hideous :-) but you can't fault them for that can you?). The bed was acceptable. The "breakfast" was ... let's just say if a free continental breakfast makes the decision for you then this is not the place for you. It was good that they took dogs because it was very difficult to find accommodations that would take dogs without costing way too much.

5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 December 2012

I took advantage of their park & fly option over this Christmas holiday. The price was $135 to stay one night and park (with 24 hour airport shuttle service) for the week I was away. (Parking at the economy lot at the airport is $10 per day.) The shuttle drivers on both trips to/from MHT were very polite and appreciative of my $$ tip. The front desk clerk (Courtney) was very pleasant and efficient and placed me in my third floor room of choice when I returned to a snowstorm and decided to stay another night. The room was spotless, warm and quiet. The bed is super comfortable and the TV swivels so you can watch from the couch or bed. There is a huge working desk with great lighting and ample power. Breakfast is offered but items are packaged or cereal. Coffee maker is available in your suite or in the lobby. I will definitely stay here again before an early flight out of MHT.

Room Tip: Third floor rooms are quieter.

4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 November 2012

We (2 adults, 1 teenager) were staying in town only 1 night as we were seeing Tran Siberian Orchestra at the Verizon center. This was in a convenient spot and the advance purchase price was right. We had room #220 which had 1 Queen bed and a pull out sleeper sofa as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a large work desk. The best part was that it was a totally smoke free hotel! They had a decent "Grab & Go" breakfast that had bagels, coffee, english muffins, cereals, yogurt, microwavable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and juice. A nice plus was they had trays you could bring the stuff back to your room. In many hotels that have a continental breakfast you have to fight for one of the few (dirty) tables in the room. The only "complaint" if you can call it that, was they layout of the room. With the sleeper sofa pulled out, there was a very small space to walk between the bed & sofa (they were set up with the foot of the beds meeting) vs. side by side or any other configuration ...the real disadvantage of that was the placement of the small flat screen tv being difficult for both beds to see at the same time. The layout makes sense if not using the sofa pulled out into a bed. We all like to watch tv when we go to bed, so this may be a non issue for normal people! :-)
