We were attending a wedding and this was a lovely place. A little older...but the town was an old town feel so it was perfect. Very clean. But some strange policies. No room service delivery in the summer time????? and many of the nearby restaurants were open for very limited times. The little ice cream store didn't take credit cards (who has cash). And although they said we could us all of the amenities associated with the Mill Fall property my husband was denied some usage. But over all it was a very beautify place with a beautiful view of the lake.

Caution for minorities the area is 6% minority. Lots of curious stares for us considering we are an interracial couple (African American and Puerto Rican).

We stayed at the Inn at Mills Fall for four nights and even though it was parents visiting weekend for camps and each of the properties were full, you never felt as if the hotel was overly busy. The staff at the hotel was amazing, from Natalie, who helped us with our reservation, to Kim, who checked us in, to James, who helped with reservations for dinner.
The room was cozy and we loved our terrace with the two rocking chairs overlooking the falls and with a lake view. The bathroom was clean and there was even toothpaste with the complementary toiletries, which I love, as I always forget ours and have to go buy some!
There are a few properties and you can use the restaurants and facilities at each of the locations. They are either on the lake or across the street. The Inn is across the street, but it did not deter from our stay or our ability to use the lake. We actually went over to the lake side one afternoon and laid out there and swam. Again, it did not feel overly crowded and was truly relaxing.
The staff understands what customer service is supposed to be and I just do not have anything truly negative to say about the hotel or the services. Even during one of our meals, I mentioned something in passing and the next thing we knew dessert was on the house and there a was discount on our bill, which was completely not necessary.
I highly recommend the hotel and you can't go wrong staying at any of the locations.

Stayed here for business trip. Nice, quaint, affordable, clean room. The indoor hottub was very useful to loosen up the muscles before a long hard day on my feet. The staff was extremely helpful with all needs and wants from food recommendations to hangout spots, to directions for riding. I especially enjoyed the view from the front hill every evening as the sun fell...such a great way to end a long stresfull day...Cocktail, a smoke, and one helluva view...thanks mills falls...I will return next year...

We had never stayed in the Winnipesaukee area, and booked a room at the last minute before a sunny weekend. The Inn at Mill Falls was the only property available.

There is a single website for several properties grouped under Mill Falls. Church Landing has a lovely setting right on the Lake, some nice architectural touches, and the feel of a high end resort property. The Inn is across a busy street from the lake. The hallways and rooms have the feel of a motor inn, and the hallways on the lower floors in particular could use some new carpeting. Our room was OK for the price and the bathroom was clean, but certainly not the feel of a resort hotel, nor the feel of a classic old inn.. I assume the rooms are less expensive at the Inn than at Church Landing, but the experience is totally different, so set your expectations accordingly.

We tried two of the restaurants in the Inn. Giuseppe's had live music and hearty Italian food and the Waterfall Cafe has a great breakfast. Both have a lot more character than the rest of the hotel. The service in both restaurants and at the hotel desk was friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: The upper floor hallways in the Inn seem less worn--not sure if the rooms reflect this. We would pr...

If there was a 20 star rating I would give it!! We have stayed at every one of their properties. Never have we had a problem. The staff is always wonderful & caring. If you want a little piece of heaven then make plans to spend time up here! Not just the summer time but winter is beautiful as well. The rooms are beautiful and there a many price levels. I could go on forever but will again say this is first class place!! You know it has to be classy to be mentiones on The Today Show!

Room Tip: They have plenty of price levels & different property types. Check all of them for what you want...

Spent a weekend at the Inn at Mill Falls with a few friends. What a fabulous time we had!!! The hotel has several buildings/rooms for every budget. The indoor/outdoor pool/jacuzzi is great! The grounds are beautiful right on the lake. Next time I will bring my husband!

We recently stayed at the Inn at Mill falls. This was our second time there. We had a corner room with a view of the lake and a balcony. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. We ate at Giuseppe's for dinner. All I can say is - bring an appetite. Food was excellent. Next night we had appetizers at the bar while we watched hockey. Bar staff was very attentive. Definitely will go again.
