We just had a most enjoyable stay in the New Hampshire Lakes Region at this most charming B&B. Our host was quite concerned that we would be arriving from New Zealand at the start of the annual "Motorcycle Week" but, although our room faced the street, we encountered no problems whatever.

Just spent a lovely weekend at the Meredith Inn. Janet was great and so interesting. We feel like we know so much about her and her family heritage and would love to hear more of her interesting stories. At the Meredith Inn you will be surrounded by antiques, classic family photos, and a book selection that everyone will enjoy. Within walking distance to the shops, the restaurants, and the docks. We stayed in room 8; the room had a king size bed, a king size bathroom with jacuzzi, and a big screen TV. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. We felt like we were at home but without all the distractions of home.

We stayed here for three nights as part of our New England in the Fall tour.
Janet was welcoming and helpful, the Inn cozy, and comfortable, and the breakfasts
amazing. The inn is full of Victorian charm, and beautifully clean. Janet advised us on places to eat and visit, and the whole thing was a good experience. The tea/coffee making facility
was much appreciated, as were the comfortable beds and the luxurious bathroom.

This was our first experience at a B&B and it didn't disappoint. The victorian home is very clean with numerous period details both on the inside and outside. The bathroom had an updated jetted tub and was very spacious. The bed linens and towels were incredibly soft. The 32" flatscreen was a perfect size for the room. Breakfast was excellent. There was a huge variety of teas and coffee, muffins, eggs to order, fresh fruit and breads. I would highly recommend it!

Room Tip: We stayed in room 8 and it was on the 2nd floor on the corner of the house. I loved the windows wit...

Our hostess was very friendly, informative and made us feel very comfortable. She gave us great suggestions for dinner and things to do in the area. We enjoyed the history of the inn she shared with us very much. The rooms were very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely antique furniture lovingly cared for. The breakfast was excellent. We will definately return.

We stayed in Meredith for a wedding and only needed a room for one night. The Meredith Inn was able to accommodate us for just one night even though our stay was in the middle of the busy summer tourism season, which none of the other hotels were willing to do. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the Inn and the size of our room. We were anticipating a small room with little floor space around the bed but we had an entire searing alcove and plenty of room to move around. The bathroom had a jet tub, which was a nice perk. We did not have breakfast the following morning at the Inn so I cannot speak about the food and overall, we used the room to get changed and ready for the wedding and to sleep at night and the room was great for our needs.
