Beautiful late July day, temperature in the low 70's. A few clouds in the sky, a perfect day to have lunch at a restaurant with outside dining. Arrived at 11:29 AM, sign on the door indicated an 11:30 AM opening time. Waited by the door five minutes, looked in the windows and saw nobody, a car did pull into the parking lot, but nobody exited the car. At 11:35 I decided to move on, checked the windows another time, saw no movement inside. As I drove around the restaurant building I noticed three vehicles parked in the back, one a brand new Camry, with Temporary plate, so someone must be making money someplace. I was disappointed, as when they first opened they were great, then, very quickly they became terrible, then they worked up to "good". But, this time they were not there to present food.
