Stayed for two nights in October 2013. Traditional style house, really lovely and quaint. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We had a room on the ground floor. The room was really big, decorated in lovely old style which suited the age of the house. Big comfy bed. There was a good size couch, fireplace and TV. Bathroom was massive, again, lovely decor. There was a jacuzzi bath, a large shower and two wash basins. Plenty of room for toiletries. Served coffee and juice in the mornings, but nothing else. We knew this so had our own supplies. There was a lovely bakery just next door. One negative was the fact there was no coffee machine in the room. There was plenty of room for one so not sure why one isn't provided. The reception did have coffee on the go but when we went at 9.00pm the office was closed - so no coffee! With it being an old house, the floorboards made a noise. We could hear the family above, walking about, but they went to bed early so it didn't cause us any problems.

Room Tip: Rooms not on the ground floor may be quieter due to squeaky floorboards.

This was a lovely Inn on a quiet road right in the centre of North Conway.
We stayed in a small cottage in the grounds which was just lovely. In was decorated beautifully with old new england style furnishings. We also had a cosey fire place which would be very welcome in cold weather.
Unfortunately the Inn didnt serve breakfast which would have been nice, but there are plenty of places in the town where you can get good breakfasts.

I can't say enough good things about this beautiful little Inn in North Conway! We first stayed here on our honeymoon 4 years ago and it was the best experience. The Inn was so clean, the room was gorgeous, and the price was so affordable. We've been back many times since then, and every single time we love it!

My husband & I spent a couple nights here for our anniversary. There are pros and cons.
Pros: 1 block off the main road & in walking distance of shops. VERY large room (luxury room) with fireplace & jacuzzi. Decor was nice. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly.

cons: noisy during traffic time. Very thin walls! I could here the people's conversation above easily. Outside conversation even more so. No breakfast, just coffee & juice. No fridge or microwave though there is a micro to use in the main house.

All in all it was a good stay & if I got a really good discount like I did this time I would stay again. I would recommend to the staff to get mini fridges in each room & somehow reinsulate the rooms. They really are too thin. I also would make sure I didn't get room 12 as it is too noisy with the people above. Seriously when the toilet is flushed or sink is running & it sounds like it's about to leak through your ceiling then something needs insulating.

We had four nights here, had a great room, it was in a cottage at the back of the property, one of just two rooms in the cottage. very clean and spacious, room to unpack our cases. Breakfast is not provided, but there is coffee etc. in the lounge each morning. Only very slight drawback was poor Wi-Fi in the room, but we were given a front door key for main house, problem solved! Very quiet and so near all the North Conway action.
