Our charge slip says it's Hooligans Food & Drink, but it is on Kearsarge Road. It's in what used to be someone's house. The business next door was "out of business", so what used to their parking lot is now the lot for Hooligans. We just parked on the street in front. There is a bar on one side and a dining room on the other as you enter. The dining room is small - probably about 10 tables. The server was friendly and efficient. My husband ordered ordered the Fish & Chips for $12.95 and I got a BLT which came with a nice side salad for $8.95. My meal was "just right" and tasted really good - comfort food for sure. My husband's meal was SO large (half as much fish would have been considered a large serving) and so good that he ate it all - then he was overly full and realized he probably shouldn't have. If you both want to have Fish & Chips, you should consider sharing and order a side salad or cup of soup to go with it. It's really too much for one person to eat. It's a nice place off on a side street and seemed to be filled with "local folk". We would definitely go here again if in the area.
