Our charge slip says it's Hooligans Food & Drink, but it is on Kearsarge Road. It's in what used to be someone's house. The business next door was "out of business", so what used to their parking lot is now the lot for Hooligans. We just parked on the street in front. There is a bar on one side and a dining room on the other as you enter. The dining room is small - probably about 10 tables. The server was friendly and efficient. My husband ordered ordered the Fish & Chips for $12.95 and I got a BLT which came with a nice side salad for $8.95. My meal was "just right" and tasted really good - comfort food for sure. My husband's meal was SO large (half as much fish would have been considered a large serving) and so good that he ate it all - then he was overly full and realized he probably shouldn't have. If you both want to have Fish & Chips, you should consider sharing and order a side salad or cup of soup to go with it. It's really too much for one person to eat. It's a nice place off on a side street and seemed to be filled with "local folk". We would definitely go here again if in the area.

We originally went to Hooligans at the referral of a clerk in the Handcrafters Barn who told us that the food was great, helpings generous and prices were good. We decided to try it out and were not disappointed. We enjoyed it so much that we returned again before we went home.

We enjoyed our lunch at Holligan's. We started with pot stickers they were very good. After that I had a chicken salad croissant sandwich and my husband had the fish sandwich and beer. Both were excellent. We each had a delicious dessert. Service was very efficient. We were totally satisfied and recommend eating here,

If you want really tasty, quality food, i.e., genuine home cooking style, and plenty of it, in a rustic, friendly, New Hampshire atmosphere, Hooligans is a "must". The wait staff and owner are friendly and accommodating, and they have something for everyone, as well as creative daily specials. It's certainly not "fine dining", but as a value proposition it is "great dining" for lunch or dinner!

Good service, open until 11pm, reasonably priced. More selection of draught beer would have been nice. Lacked atmosphere.
