We stayed in one of their townhouse a for the Life Rocks Conference. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all area: housekeeping, front desk, restaurants and waterpark. The setting is also absolutely beautiful. There's also so much to do. Bonfires, nature walks, awesome swimming, and many other things. I would definitely recommend the Red Jacket. The townhouse is quite spacious and can easily fit two families, which helped cover the cost.

Dear Nadine: Many thanks for the sound review and the suggestion that our spacious town homes are a great value for multiple families. When you attend Life Rocks next year, you should amp it up a level and share one of our new Presidential Homes as well! We thank you also for the kind words about the activities and we cannot take credit for the views and beautiful mountains we are graced with. Thank you very much and know that you have friends in the business....

Nicely renovated town house, great service from the time we arrived until the pleasant phone call from the front desk telling us to go home already and almost every other thing we needed has me wanting more. We'll be back with our friends and our bathing suits and our friends' bathing suits for tubbing, tubing, grubbing and grooving. Great facility for a group retreat. Lovely staff. Awesome time.

Dear Michael: What a great review! We had fun sharing your feedback and smiles about the send off call to 'go home already'! If anything we probably said, WHY GO HOME, please stay longer
with "tubbing, tubing, grubbing and grooving"...on your agendas! We may invite you to join us
next time in our "BBQing, Bar Cueing, Bonfire and Horse hires...."

Thank you again for sharing some quality time with your friends and family at our resort; we love to know that we've contributed a backdrop to enjoy QT in today's world!

See you in '14 with you and your friends' bathing suits.

We came for the Life Rocks! conference and had a BLAST! Everyone at the hotel was helpful, friendly and caring. It was clean and the water park was awesome! My children had a radical time! They were super attentive and always helped when needed.

Dear friends from New York: We loved your review and Thank You whole heartedly for rating us even higher than your Coronado Springs visit - we know we've got great guests and are in good company when you stay at the likes of the Orlando's attractions then us!

Housekeeping is key at our resort and we thank you for citing both the Kahuna Laguna and Resort wide areas as clean. That's a great emblem to have!

We hope your spring is as nice as your time at our resort and we hope to see you on the arrivals in the summer or next convention dates!

I stayed there for 3 nights while speaking at a family-oriented conference and was very impressed with the relaxed, courteous, friendly service. The employees always seemed to be focused on making my experience as good as possible, and they were very respectful of the children as well. The amenities were clean, attractive, and everything worked the way it should. Kids love the water park features and I love the huge hot tub! Hopefully I'll be able to return next year.

The only bummer was that my phone (on the Sprint network) got zero bars, but I was able to work around that using my laptop to make Skype calls over the hotel's excellent WiFi system.

Thank you Scott: All of us at Red Jacket Mountain View were happy to see your stay was enjoyable and productive. We agree that the mountains are beautiful and daunting for those wireless cells. Just this year, the other national carrier expanded coverage to 4G which was great for their customers, in the meantime, our ample wifi is a great alternative as you wrote.

We appreciated the all around A's you've given your stay as our focus is to provide just what you've shared your family had experienced. Have a super Spring and come back before next year's conference for a refreshing escape anytime.

We stayed there for 5 nights for the Life Rocks! conference. The area is beautiful, the rooms are clean and large, the hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. The water park was a lot of fun. The food in the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner was good, lunch in the 2nd floor lounge was slow and not great. But the burgers, fries and onion rings in the water park were quick and very tasty.

Room Tip: 3rd floor might be best, we were on the 2nd floor, and did hear the people above us walking around.

Thank you friends from Texas! We appreciated hearing of your stay during your full five nights. We sure shared all the feedback with my team including the Palmer's service speed you've mentioned, thank you for that insight as well. We definitely offer a variety of dining and when you're staying as long as you did, we appreciated your choosing each venue to dine in. During the summer we have a fourth, a pool side cabana and chaise lounge side service. Thank you for the commendation we earned and rest assured we've copied this for everyone to note.

Have a great Texas Summer and when you're ready for some New England quality time as well, you now have friends in the resort business to greet you back.

Yours in Travel: Steve Lambert and Tiki Tide Crew Brock
