Seems like most of the B&B and accommodations in North Conway are located along the main road, which means noise. So Eastman Inn is no exception, traffic noise until around 10 , half 10. The porch is beautiful but you will be looking at all the traffic and its noisy.

The service is standard , hot beverages all day with cookies. However, the host Arthur does make the stay very enjoyable. His sense of humour and knowledge of the town is priceless!

If you want a quiet place to stay, try somewhere in Glen or off the main road. If you just look for a place to stay, this one as good as the other!

Found this Inn recommended on Tripadvisor and decided to book on our New England tour as it also tied in with the shopping outlets in North Conway (which were very good). Fantastic accommodation, we had Room 11 on the 1st floor at the back of the Inn which was ideal. It also had a small outside space which was nice to sit out in the evening. Very friendly owner who looked after us very well. One thing to note is when asked if you have any dietary requirements when registering this actually code for will you eat most things. Breakfast was great prepared by the owner, but with a husband who is a little fussy (to say the least) it wasn't all to his taste. The Inn has a lovely wrap around porch with seating to suit. We decided to eat over the road which was quite good and very busy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Eastman Inn.

Room Tip: As above Room 11 was very nice and away from the main road. Very large bed.

We stayed in the Cozy Queen room which was totally perfect for us. We highly enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was far from what i expected with juice, coffee and food. Beyond that there were always warm cookies available. The view from the room wasnt anything special but they do have an awesome deck where you can relax and view the mountains. I would recommend this inn to anybody!

Arthur was a great host who made the best breakfasts ever!
Beautiful house, yet bedroom small and bathroom a little dated yet this didn't hinder the enjoyment of our stay.
Fantastic area to explore, wish we had stayed longer (even if just to see the bear!)

We loved our stay at the Eastman Inn. The location was great and was only surpassed by the delicious breakfast and cordial service of the owner - Arthur, who couldn't have been nicer. The front living room, where we relaxed and drank some herbal tea was fantastic. Our room (#7), was a little noisy as it is in the front of the house facing the street, but was beautiful with a wide jacuzzi. We kept the AC fan on to drown out the noise so that helped out greatly as I'm a light sleeper. We loved our stay and will definitely be back when we want to get away again.

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper you will want a room not facing the street or just sleep with the AC's fan on in order to drown out the noise on the street.
