“Surprise in Plymouth”
Reviewed 28 May 2014

This was a real find in a quaint college town. The ambience is lovely with fireplaces throughout the house-turned-bistro. Local food sources are used as much as possible. Turkey BLT was stuffed with fresh cooked turkey, the cheeseburger was delicious, homemade chicken soup and caprese salad tasty. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area- they are expanding their dining area which speaks to their success.

“Who knew the tiny town of Plymouth, NH has this gem!”
Reviewed 1 May 2014

Amazing food! Owner uses locally grown products and it's obvious when you get your meal. Fresh & delicious! The locally grown beef was to die for ... one of the best burgers I have ever had! The Maryland blue crab and corn chowder was simply superb. You cannot go wrong stopping in for a meal!

“Extremely disappointing”
Reviewed 30 April 2014

After having experienced very good meals over the past couple years, we took friends there a couple months on a Sunday evening, and were so disappointed with the meal, the portions were tiny for the price, but more importantly the meal was barely edible. Given the fact that we had previously enjoined great food and excellent service we decided to go once again last night. The meal I ordered was the pork schnitzel, which came to the table soggy. Having never complained about a meal I sent it back, and the server said they'd make it right. When the meal returned it had been put into a deep fryer and was like shoe leather. Having been so disappointed twice in a row, one can only wonder what's going on there! Very sad.

“Simply an unexpected jewel.”
Reviewed 27 April 2014

Very rare that getting a meal before attending a concert in a college town turn into a wonderful dining experience! So good that I virtually cleaned my plate and tried to coerce the proprietor to consider expanding to our Lake Winnipesaukee region!

“Simply amazing”
Reviewed 6 April 2014

This place was recommended by Glynn of the Glynn House, and I was blown away. I frequent good restaurants in my area, and this was the best meal I had had in a very long time. I'd have to return every day for a month to try everything on the menu I wanted to try. From the quick service to the dessert, I was amazed.
