“Odd Couple was great”
Reviewed 31 October 2013

Hubby and I stayed at the Ale House which is up above this quaint theatre and received complimentary tickets to the show. The play The Odd Couple is running until November 10th. We had great seats, I actually don't think there is a bad seat in the house as it is well laid out. We were able to purchase a beverage before the start and bring it inside the theatre in a plastic cup. We really enjoyed the play and this cast did an awesome job of bringing their individual characters to life. We look forward to visiting this theatre again in the future.

“local theatre”
Reviewed 2 August 2013

Portsmouth has an active arts community. The Saecoast Rep is a great place to see live theatre in an intimate setting. Treat yourself to dinner and a show this summer,

“What a company!”
Reviewed 23 June 2013

Recently saw a production of "Sweeney Todd" there. I can honestly say that there was not a weak actor in the cast of many. The theatre itself is very intimate and interesting.
Will definitely return for another show!

“Great Performances....Great Voices!”
Reviewed 16 June 2013

We have seen a number of shows at the Seacoast Repertory Theatre. All have been excellent. The vocal quality of the singers in the now playing "Sweeney Todd" is exceptional. This is a very sad tale which the actors and actresses handle with aplomb! I really liked that the actors came out through the audience at various times. Great Vocal and Acting Performances!

“Upfront and exciting theater”
Reviewed 14 April 2013

The Seacoast Repertory Theater is local, small theater at its best. The performances rank high along with Broadway musicals that we have seen. The stage is not far from any seat in the audience making it an intimate setting and a feeling of being connected is there throughout.
