“Last Minute Dinner”
Reviewed 14 January 2014 credit card Amex Cardmember Review

Went to Margarita's on a Saturday night when another local restaurant closed because of a fire. We sat in the bar for 30 minutes before dinner. Bartender was very pleasant. Nice experience, quiet enough to have conversation. Food is good for mid priced Mexican. The one dish that stands out is Queso Fundido for a starter. Great taste!!!!

“S' ok, esp the margaritas”
Reviewed 22 December 2013 via mobile

The drinks here are the draw. The bar hops, even on a Monday night. Well otherwise the dining area is huge. The food is ok... big portions, not so spicy bland-ish Texas - style Mexican - like foods. I say this because everything is prepared sort of the same. Edible, but not really elevated real Mexican foods.

I had a dish that was like carne (I forget what it was called). It was served juicy and rare but had no real spice flavor despite being served with a salsa and guacamole garnish.

This restaurant is attached to the Holiday Inn, and across the street from the LaQuinta.

“Decent place.”
Reviewed 5 November 2013

Our waitress had an attitude right off the bat because we were a large party that walked in so she was probably overwhelmed but only one of us was there for food while the others were there to either drink or be there as company. The security Guard and hostess were really nice as was the manager which made up for our waitress's lack of friendliness. Our table got Queso for the chips which was really good so I recommend if you are just gonna sit there and drink and munch on the chips, to get the queso with it.

“Delicious Tex/Mex food!”
Reviewed 25 August 2013

This restaurant has delicious food, good drinks, really cool Mexican decor and atmosphere. It is attached to the Holiday Inn, but has its own enterance (also another enterance from inside the hotel). A great dining experience, highly recommended if you enjoy Mexican food.

“Great Food!”
Reviewed 21 August 2013

The food was delicious. We had a few issues with getting our order right, but they brought the corrected meal to our room at no charge, and the food was great, so it was not a big deal.
