We stayed at the Kilburn Cottage - it was perfect for our family of five, with three kids, ages 6,4, and 1 it's not easy to find a B&B that works.
The location is storybook beautiful with the cows in the meadow, the large weeping willows. Inn keeper Jackie brought us a baby gate and the cottage was fairly baby proof. She stocked the kitchen with milk (both whole and fat free) she asked, oj, and other essentials. We pulled up at 6pm, she showed us the grill and within minutes we grilled dinner, ate on the picnic table and looked out at the farm with the cows right on the other side of the fence. It really was perfect. In the morning our daughter couldn't wait for the basket of baked good brought right to our basket. The true highlight was when Jackie gave the kids a tour of the farm. She let our daughter collect the eggs, pet the goats, pigs, and hold the chicks. They loved it. There is a lot to do in that part of NH - I recommend the Friendly Farm, berry picking at Alyson's, chocolates at Burdricks. It was great. We look forward to staying there again.
