“Nice Mgr, Nice Course!”
Reviewed 19 September 2013

Mike Aronson helped accommodate a 15-guy crew recently and really set the tone for a good round of golf. He donated some balls, provided discounts on drinks, and bent over backwards to make sure we were well taken care of. The course was fun, challenging at times, and picturesque! I would definitely golf there again for sure!

“Lots of Fun”
Reviewed 15 September 2013

Fun family golf course. Executive golf course with some very fun holes, great views, and enjoyable atmosphere. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
We had a group of 20 "golfers" of all ages and ability, and the staff quickly organized the group and got us right on the course. They also have a nice little screened in area that you could have a burger and beer and watch the finishing hole. Lot's of fun.

“75 Birthday Weekend Bash”
Reviewed 5 September 2013

Labor Day weekend was a celebration with my entire family at the Black Bear Lodge in Waterville Valley which entitled each person daily to 9 holes of golf at the Waterville Valley Golf course. Our 1st day, tee times started at 10am & the first foursome that showed up went out. The same for the next 5 tee times, whomever appeared formed their foursome. Most memorable was the warmth, patience & attention by Mike Aronson, club manager & his staff. The first day we played, as we left the club house to go to the 1st tee, Mike grabbed a Waterville Valley Golf hat from the shelf & presented it to the birthday girl. Never lost his cool with our disorganized family which, on the 2nd day, was racing over to the course from a tennis match. One member of the family had to leave his racquet bag in the pro shop as he ran to his tee time. Of course the bag was forgotten & the next day Mike traced our family down & had the front desk staff question all of us as we checked out. Thank you Mike for all you did to make out weekend perfect. The course is great for families & scenery.

Should never have changed the original golf course. Too much building over the past few years. Those condo's on the old golf hole, are hiddeous.

This awesome 9 hole course was in great condition. The club staff is pleasant and accommodating. The pro is a wonderfully patient teacher. Couldn't be a more fun place to play golf on vacation.
