We went to Christmas Island steak house for new years eve with a reservation for 7:00. Our table was right near the music, which was a keyboard, but very loud. So we were graciously moved to the round table near the window, very cold. (It was a cold night, only 7 degrees outside). Again, very cold at the table, a couple of us needed to keep our coats on. Food was really good, with the exception of my husbands steak being accompanied by a tablespoon of potatoes, a very small serving.
Like I said, the food was great, service quick, but they really need to do something about the lack of heat. Was uncomfortably cold, again. ( It was cold two years ago on new years eve as well, so I guess it just is cold).
Highly recommend the food. But go in the summer.
