We had dinner at the Wolfetrap the evening of Friday the 13th (yikes) in September. The Owners of the Lake Motel (also terrific) recommended this restaurant to us. It had been raining that afternoon and it was still wet outside but the restaurant was crowded and it would be a while until we were able to get a table. We were just going to sit outside and have a drink while we waited but then asked if we could eat outside as the sun was starting to come out and they were fine with it and put someone on drying a table and chairs off for us. We had the best piece of swordfish and salmon that you could ever expect and the server was very friendly. She agreed that we had gotten the best seat in the house. I'm sorry that I don't remember her name. She had just come back from having a baby and said that the owner was a friend and was just helping out for the night. Really a great experience from beginning to end.
