The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. The bistro service is quick and if there is something that requires prep they bring it to your table so that you don't have to wait. Even after it was closed they tried to accomodate me. It has a good location as it is close to quite a few restaurants some of which are really good. The Manager and his staff go out of their way to try to help or accomodate resonable requests. Overall a great hotel and it is the one that I stay at whenever I'm in the area for business.

Overall great experience at hotel. Good workout facilities and Rosa R. was a great bartender in the new style Bistro that many Courtyards now have. Everything went well & I will be back to stay at this hotel.

Room Tip: Rosa makes a great martini

Room Tip: First floor away from the doors. Rooms are quite and easy to access.

Stayed here for a meeting. The meeting facilities were OK - not great but nothing wrong. For accommodation the room was fine - big enough and well furnished although the bathroom was small. The bed is comfortable. The food offered is basic. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is good, free wifi throughout the hotel. Overall the hotel is expensive for what it offers.

There is nothing to visit in the area. This is a very acceptable place to stay for a meeting, if you need to be here for business or for an overnight stop on a journey. It is a much better choice the the Somerset Hills Hotel which is nearby.

There are good restaurants (3West and Ciao) within walking distance.

MyReview186361,

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our hotel, we appreciate all the feedback from our guests as it allows us to improve the level of service provided to all of our guests. I am so glad you felt the staff was friendly and we were able to offer the core deliverables consistent with Marriott’s high standards. As you noted we do offer food & beverage options at the newly opened Bistro Café which provides casual meal options for both breakfast and dinner. We have recently upgraded our internet service in the hotel to provide faster service. We are located near some major corporations which is convenient for the business traveler.

Regards,

Scott Selby

We arrived very late on a Thursday night. Had adjoining rooms for a family of 5. Rooms a bit small, amenities sparse. Not a lot of towels or shampoo/conditioner offered, no shower cap either which I don't often use, but my hair was just done! One room smelled a bit musty and had a heavy air freshener smell to it. King sized Bed mushy & bed pillows small!! Pull out couch used by my 9 year old not made up and when we arrived after midnight & had to make it up myself. Bistro area pleasant with limited food menu, alcohol served until 1am only due to local ordinance.

Was in the area for a family function so not too much time spent in the hotel. Grounds look beautiful! Easy access to highways.

Room Tip: Room 373 smelled musty.

hnsadler,

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our hotel, I know your time is valuable and we appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. You mentioned a couple of the amenities were sparse or not present. We do stock each room with a standard amount of amenities but we are more than willing to provide you with additional items upon request. I am so sorry your room smelled musty, we have addressed this by completing in essence a deep clean of this room to eliminate the source of the odor. Our standard is to leave the sofa bed unmade in each room but a quick phone call to the front desk and we will have the bed made for you. It is wasteful and not ecologically friendly to continuously wash sheets and blankets on sofa beds that are not used and the majority of our guests do not use these beds. The Courtyard by Marriott has recently changed the standard of the pillows and we will be purchasing all new pillows in the near future.

Thank you,

Scott Selby

Jena at the Courtyard Marriott Front Desk was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I've stayed here several times and always recommend this hotel to my business associates. The amenities like the fitness center are wonderful and the french toast in the cafe is the best.

I frequently stay at this hotel. On my last trip, Ms Jena was extremely helpful and quickly resolved a minor concern I had. She also extended a free breakfast voucher which was much appreciated.

i would not hesitate in recommending this place to other business associates.
