We absolutley love this B&B and return every year. Jim and Lenann are wonderful hosts and take great pride in accomodating their guests. The breakfasts are wonderful as well as the afternoon tea/snacks. They also help to make our stay complete helping with dinner recomendations and reesrvations. We always look forward to coming back.

My wife and I just got back from a 5 night stay at this inn. What a wonderful place! The rooms were very clean and the food was excellent. Not a continental breakfust, but a very good, full three course breakfast everyday. Bikes, beach chairs, towels, everything was offered by the friendly owners Jim and Lenanne who were more than accomodating. Can't wait to go back. Have stayed at two other b&b's in Cape May and this was hands down the best one. Incredible value, and in my humble opinion a much better choice than the Queen Victoria.

What a lovely B&B. It is located across from a park and easily within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Our room was well equipped with amenities - iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV and VCR, and shampoo. Wonderful mattress and luxurious bed linens.

Tea time featured sherry, wine, sangria, lemonade and ice tea with cookies and other treats. The full breakfast was delicious.

We would definitely recommend the Albert Stevens Inn.

We always choose B&Bs when we travel, and we spend a lot of time researching them. This was our first trip to Cape May, and we were thrilled with the Albert Stevens Inn. Conveniently located to everything and beautifully appointed, this is an excellent choice for discriminating vacationers. Jim & Lenanne are charming, gracious, helpful hosts who will not hesitate to recommend places to eat, sites to visit, and opportunities to take advantage of. It's not unusual for Jim to be on the phone, checking seating availability at some of the area's choicest restaurants and telling his guests when it's best to check them out. The Inn provides beach towels, chairs, bikes, brochures to local attractions, and impeccable room service each day. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious; no need to save room for lunch! The Inn is on a relatively quiet street and it faces a charming park. It's easy to walk to almost everything. There is on-site parking. I don't think we could have chosen a better place for our vacation. Let the reviews persuade you! A satisfied customer is the best endorsement. Go and be pleased!

Just spent Saturday night at the Albert Stevens Inn and it was a wonderful experience. Jimmy takes care of everyone either getting bikes to get around, beach chairs and beach towels. The rooms are very cozy and clean! The breakfast and afternoon treats were excellent, specially the chocolate chip cookies made by his wife Lenanne.
It is in an excellent location as well as it is near every major point with a CVS one end and a 7-11 one block away.

We just returned from the AS Inn. This is the 7th B/B we have stayed in at Cape May. We were worried that being further away from the beach and main mall would prove a problem....it was not. We rode their bikes ( with backpack beach chairs) to beach every day. We either rode bikes or walked to restaurants. Note...there are several good restaurants within a block. The Inn is clean, comfortable.....the breakfasts were great....and there was always cofee, tea wine and sherry available. Got good recommendations from Jimmy and Lenanne on some "bargain" dinners. We spent less than we have ever spent....and had a wonderful time! We would recommend....especially for anyone returning to Cape May that wants a "new perspective".

Two friends and I had a "girlfriends" weekend at the Albert Stevens and found it perfect for our needs. The Inn is charming, well-maintained, and spotless, for a very reasonable price. The breakfasts are simply huge, and afternoon "tea" was a treat, with homemade sangria, lemonade, cookies, and cheese and crackers. We took advantage of the available bicycles, and two of us had wonderful massages, arranged with the spa less than a block away. It is a little bit of a walk to get to the beach (10 minutes or so) or the outdoor mall (closer), but we were very happy to walk off some of what we ate! Jimmy's recommendations for restaurants were spot-on; we had two fantastic dinners at places he suggested. (The restaurants in Cape May are BYOB, and the Inn conveniently provided a small refrigerator for our wine.) We also spent quite a few hours just enjoying the front-porch rockers on this quiet street. The only caveat (clearly pointed out on their website) is that this Inn is a bit off the beaten track--all of Cape May is very walkable, and we were perfectly happy with the location, but the Albert Stevens is not right in the middle of things. Jimmy and Lenanne were most helpful, our rooms were comfortable, and I am definitely looking foward to returning.
