We ate here one evening for dinner and it was a great choice. Pano is a hidden restaurant in the second floor of a mini mall on Washington Street. It's definitely a hidden gem, because If you didn't know about it you would probably pass it by. My sister and I ordered the spread appetizer and split the goat cheese and garbanzo bean salad. In total we spent less than $20.00 for a large amount of food. The salads are enormous and you can definitely split them between two people! Along with the great food, the atmosphere was very cool with fun artwork on the walls and modern furniture. The staff was very friendly, and I believe the owner was serving and checking on everyone's meals. Overall I can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu. Highly recommended if you're looking for something healthy and unique at a reasonable price!

I had one of the best Chicken Caesar Salads I've ever eaten at Pano in Cape May. It was enormous (and beautiful).......filled with roasted red peppers, olives, cheese and fresh tomatoes. The chicken was tender and delicious. The side order of warm pita bread and feta cheese completed the salad.
To make it even better, we were greeted by the owner with the warmth one would expect when visiting someone's home. He made us feel as though we were the most important customers of the day.
Our waitress, Amber, was adorable with a personality to match. She checked on our needs several times during dinner and offered great suggestions when asked. Any requests we had were taken care of with a smile and kind word.
Dessert was deliciously prepared fresh fruit skewers in yogurt with honey drizzle..... Another perfect suggestion from Amber.
You would expect the meal to be pricey.....since it had the look and feel of a NYC boutique restaurant......but we were pleasantly surprised to find the cost of the meal to be extremely reasonable.....much less than any other place we've eaten in Cape May.
Tip: The restaurant in located on the second floor.....

Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere and great service all at a reasonable price. Three of us dined and three of us were highly satisfied. The pita with spreads of hummus, guacamole and tiki was awesome. Meals included turkey sliders, shrimp and avocados salad and chicken Caesar salad. Very ample portions. Salad greens crisp and fresh. Will most definitely return! A Cape May gem for sure.
