Description: A winding slate path through overhanging vines and tropical foliage leads to the historic 1840 Carriage house. Slowly spinning ceiling fans stir the aromas of French-New Orleans accented cooking and fresh seafood and steaks grilling over mesquite. Envision yourself in New Orleans or Key West. Dining in the canopied garden, or on the candlelit veranda, the dream continues with the exotic cuisine of internationally acclaimed Chef Henry Sing Cheng, whose original creations include local-caught tuna, swordfish and mahi-mahi in fabulous sauces, elaborate entrees of local shellfish & lobster, and the justly famous smoked, grilled and blackened steaks and prime rib. Beyond the menu, a dozen or more seafood specials are offered nightly. The helpful staff, coolly attired in 410's signature tropical batik, makes you feel like you are dining on a private yacht. “New Orleans feel in Cape May”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 August 2014

I found the atmosphere very New Orleans. The vibe was upscale but not overly stuffy. The seafood special was very good as well as the Lobster Bisque soup. Pricey dinner but fun for a girls night out when you want to treat yourselves. Oh yeah, great service too!

“Perfect Evening in Cape May!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 August 2014

My mother and I came here for dinner (with reservation via OpenTable) on 8/19/14.
We were instantly greeted by Luke, who provided us with absolutely impeccable service for the duration of our meal. He was friendly, courteous, and perfectly professional.
My mother ordered the Yellow-Fin Tuna and I ordered the Swordfish in champagne crab meat cream sauce. Both were delicious!! The fish was cooked and seasoned to perfection, plated beautifully, and just so good.
For dessert, we shared the apple pie a la mode, which was also fantastic.
To drink, we had a bottle of the Cape May Vineyard Pinot Grigio, which was very well-priced and a great wine.

Don't miss this restaurant if you're in Cape May!

“Enjoyable Year After Year”

Another amazing dinner. Have gone here year after year and never a bad meal. Always sit on the porch for a very romantic evening. Prices on the high side, but you get what you pay for. Highly Recommend Reservations.

“Really enjoyed my dish”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 August 2014 via mobile

We were told about the specials and two or three of us wanted one of them, but they only had one left . I picked something else, another fish dish, and was very happy with it. BYOB helped save some money. Food was expensive, but I thought worth it.
