My husband and I just visited The Mission Inn for the second time. We visited in May 2009 and May 2011. We treated ourselves to two nights at the Inn. I did some research and decided The Mission Inn looked so unique. Our stay exceeded our expectations. The painting that covers every detail on the Inn is breathtaking. Between the 2 years we had been there, they had renovated the common kitchen, we loved the special touches that continue to be added. We've had the pleasure of staying in two of the guest rooms, each with a different theme. They were both so beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are so modern and luxurious. Susan and Ray, the innkeepers/owners, were sovery warm, friendly, and helpful. They helped us snag a table at the famous George's place. They usually have a line around the block. They gave us great suggestions on attractions to visit, and got us a dinner and theater combo for out first visit that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. The breakfasts are so freash and delicious. Both the presentation and the flavor of these gourment breakfast's are unique and exquisit. They are cautious for any dietary needs.
