This was our second time at The Queen Victoria. We ADORE it here! The first time was for our honeymoon and there would be no better way than to celebrate our first anniversary then at the same place we honeymooned. We will be back EVERY YEAR! The beautiful victorian houses are divine and the Queen Victoria is kept in pristine condition. The housekeeping is so efficient that you leave in the morning to go down to their scrumptious homemade mouth watering breakfast, and realize you forgot something, go back up to your room not more than a minutes time, and your room is so cleaned -- looks like you visited it for the first time. My husband and I joke that they are ninja cleaners.

The staff is extremely helpful and professional. The innkeepers, Doug and Anna Maria feel like family. They seem like the cool relatives you always want to converse with, get their wisdom and advice, and just hang around and have a grand dinner with. I kid you not, Doug, Anna Marie and their amazing staff want you to have the most exhilarting stay at their Queen Victoria. They take care of you and want you to not have to worry about a thing. They can recommend the best place to dine at and the coolest places to sightsee at. Don't be afraid to ask -- they love to be of help. They just love to speak with their guest.

Though they have 32 breath taking rooms in three amazing houses and are always booked (definitely book your rooms ASAP) you sometimes forget their are other guests because you have complete privacy. They also have a 24 hour complimentary beverage pantry for you. Breakfast is always homemade and delicious and they spoil their guests with afternoon tea and delectable treats. Yum! And the beach is right down the block and you don't have to bring beach chairs; they have some for you to use. We love that we can just sit on the rocking chairs they have set up on the wraparound porches you can hear the ripping waves. It is beautiful.

We have heard many horror stories from other guests that have stayed at the other BnB's around town and they, just like us will not stay anywhere else except for the Queen Victoria. Why stay at Uncle Tim's trailer when you stay at Aunt Jean's warm sunny home with a slice of pie? Be sure to check out their specials listed on their website. you can't go wrong. Have a grand time at the Queen Victoria and tell Doug and Anna Marie that we send a big hello.

Our stay at the Queen Victoria B&B is now definitely one of my all time favorite get-away weekends! You really are treated like a Queen (or King!) when you stay there. Aside from it being a great place in general, all the attention to detail and comfort is just amazing. Wonderful breakfast - great afternoon tea with yummy goodies and a comfort station in each building where you can have coffee, tea, juice and water any time. It's extremely clean, has a great staff, and is very comfortable. I'm looking forward to our next stay - thanks Anna Marie and Doug for a great weekend!

My husband and I recently returned from our second stay at the Queen Victoria in Cape May...We really didnt think that anything could top our first visit here last year for our anniversary but I have to admitt it just gets better and better...The service and warm hospitality was even better than I remembered. Doug and Anna Marie are always very nice and helpful and always respectful of your privacy. Our room this time around was the King Edward in The House of Royals( my favorite building). We loved everything about this room and we can't wait to come back and sample a new room next year! I have already booked a surprise stay for my husbands birthday, good thing he wont be looking for any reviews here since I know he wouldnt want to stay anywhere else in Cape May....You will love it here at the Queen Victoria. A wonderful little getaway!!!!!!!!!!

We routinely stay in B&B's, and this was one of our best experiences. Aside from the beauty of the homes and rooms of the Queen Victoria, the service is exceptional. We were astounded by the efficiency of the housekeeping staff. The shades were drawn each evening, and the room tidied each morning--complete with chocolates on the nightstand! Breakfast was great, and we appreciated the option of dining with a group or privately at a smaller table in the adjacent dining room. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Cape May, and we thoroughly enjoyed the community. We plan to return, and have no doubt that we will stay in the Osborne Room at the Queen Victoria!

The Queen Victoria B & B in Cape May N.J. is simply lovely. The rooms are clean, comfy, and beautifully furnished with antiques. Doug and Anna Marie are the most wonderful hosts. They are so warm, friendly, and helpful. They are always available and serve up a fantastic breakfast and afternoon tea. My husband and I didn't want to leave and we plan to go back as soon as we can. We have been going to Cape May for 20 years and have stayed in many other hotels. None of them can begin to compare to this Victorian Gem. The Queen Victoria is the only place we will ever stay when we are in Cape May.

We arrived later in the day. The room and service were over the top. The even though we left the next day (because of my schedule), they insisted if we were going to be in the area, that we stop back for tea. The King Edward Room was just what my girlfriend and I needed to relax. Breakfast served was great. I also appreciate the information about local restaurants obtained. Staff was more than willing to cater to our needs. I can't speak highly enough of my stay at The Queen Victoria. I will be coming back to have another great stay soon.

We were visiting Cape May for our Anniversary and picked the Queen Victoria from bedandbreakfast.com - and we were not disappointed - the Inn was wonderful! We stayed in the Prince of Wales room which is on the 2nd floor of the Queen Victoria building with views of the ocean. Doug was a wonderful host with great suggestions for antique shopping and dinner reservations. We had dinner at Freda's cafe - 1 block from the inn which was great casual dining and The Ebbiott Room where we celebrated our Anniversary with very fine dining. We would definately return to the Queen Victoria and recommend it to everyone we know.
