Tri-State Steppers had a Chicago-style Stepping weekend at Cherry Hill Holiday Inn. The hotel was nice and clean. Accessible to any store/restaurant you can think of within walking distance which is always a plus. Other than a clean room in order to have a good hotel you have to have good customer service. The staff was wonderful. Mark, Safiyah and Lynn (that's saying something because I am not a name person) went above and beyond the call of duty. Especially Mark. He took the time to learn our names and was readily available anytime we needed his services. Thank you Sherri Murphy you and your staff did an excellent job. Looking forward to staying there again.

We found the hotel to be clean; beds were comfortable enough; room was quiet; shower had good water pressure and powerfulll enough. Staff were very pleasant. We only ate breakfast there, but did so all three days and ordered off the menu. The total of six breakfasts (3 each) were very good! I would stay here again if I needed to be in the Cherry Hill area. We were on the 6th floor middle of hallway so we were not near the elevator.

I stayed here with an associate, as an account of ours picked a restaurant in this area for dinner. The location ended up being perfect and we were able to walk to and from dinner.

My room was very comfortable and the internet was fast. We were only there for a short while, checking in around 6pm and back on the road the next morning by 7:30am.

Check-in was fast and convenient, despite an event that was happening in the lobby. The hotel is very clean and in nice shape.

We stopped in the lounge later that evening for a beer, close to closing time. Asked if they had any sort of snack items left, at first he said no, but then popped back out with some tortilla chips and a little salsa which we appreciated. Definitely a service oriented hotel.

Should I be in the Cherry Hill area again, I'd gladly stay at this property again.

Room tip: It's off a busy road with a fair amount of rush air traffic, so plan accordingly for travel plans

The property is located across from a nice strip mall. Unfortunately it is next to the rail road tracks with frequent commuter trains. Good location if you have business in the area. Internet was a weak point, sometimes just coming to a stop. The breakfast is at the Red Hot & Blue restaurant but run by the Holiday Inn staff. The hostess is nice, just a bit flaky. If you eat at the bar expect to repeat your order several times.

The moment I walked throught he front entrance I was assaulted by an over powering smell of mold, clorine, and air freshner. The hotel looks to be very old, that has been recently remodeled. Rooms were well appointed, looked clean, but still smelled of mold. Air conditioner would not cool the room. Bathroom was so tiny you had to cram yourself behind the door before you could close it to sit on the toilet. Don't bother with the "not free" breakfast. Service was slow and we spent the whole day in the restroom getting rid of it. The other problem I didn't care for was the busses in the parking lot. One night there were five of them. They take up all the parking spots next to the entrance so you are required to carry you luggage across the whole parking lot to get inside. The only redeeming quality to this hotel was the staff. They were friendly.

Room tip: Find another hotel.
