The food is very good, the blue burguer is my favorite. Pomegranate shake is excellent The service is not the good. I think is worth to pay a little bit more to a burguer at bobby burguer

The burgers are really good, if a little 'trendy'

Disappointed in the onion rings, however.

The french fries seemed a bit overdone, but tasted OK. Maybe this is the way they like them in NJ, as a nearby 5 Guys makes them the same way.

I went here a couple of times - both times the food was great.

I am not too crazy about the way this restaurant is setup. You will need to stand in line and order food and pay beforehand. Then you scram to get some seats (if any are available). Does the entire party wait in line? Or just one representative stands in line and orders food? Once you are settled in, the wait staff bring your food. So do you tip them for service? Or you don't because it is like McDonald's where you paid beforehand? Questions, questions! Make it simple Bobby Flay!

We had some malted shakes, Santa Fe burger, the Philadelphia burger, the griddled cheese sandwich, fried onion rings and sweet potato fries. All the food was delicious! Even the kids liked their bare burgers.

Let's talk about service - Frontdesk:
The kid at the counter taking orders couldn't care less. He was like a robot going through motions (except this robot yawned a lot). No niceties or suggestions, just a button puncher. I would ask Bobby to put a self service kiosk instead of this robot. I think it will be faster and nicer. Dang! Give each party an iPad or something that you can order food on. Play on it while your food arrives and then some while munching on some burgers and fries. Then the wait staff can take all your dirty dishes and ipad away and sanitize them for the next customer.

Let's talk about service - The Waitstaff:
The wait staff is wonderful! Even though I screwed up my wife's order (I am not sure if the robot mentioned above screwed this up or I ordered the burger instead of the topless burger), they were extra nice to bring her what she wanted. I ended up leaving a nice tip anyway because they were extra nice.

Bobby Flay was the first to raise the bar on burger joints. Then Smash Burger, Five Guys and others stole the idea. The food is good, the atmosphere is well decorated, the seating is interesting and it is good value for the price. A nice place to stop for a burger. My only critique would be that the menu is small. They could have more than 6 burger choices.

My burger order was wrong. The turkey was overcooked. The topless burger came with 3 small pieces of lettuce. The fries were cold and were in teeny, tiny pieces... C'mon Bobby, for a $10 burger, I've been skipping your place and going next door to Chipoltes for a better value...
