Incredible views of the city and the train terminal from a delightful park on a pier. The greenery isn't huge, but is a great place for a picnic with an incredible view. The view of New York from here is unparalleled and makes for great pictures and ambiance.

Pier C Park runs along the Hudson River and looks out over Manhattan. It is a beautiful area to walk, sit and visit, and/or play with the children. It is a well-designed and planned park. It has ample seating, wide open spaces, shaded seating, playground area (e.g., large slide), etc. The stunning views go from the Verrazano up along Manhattan to the GW Bridge. My husband and I love watching all of the activity on the Hudson – sail boats, cruise ships, ferry boats, water taxis, kayakers, and more!

Few NYC tourists think of visiting Hoboken. This is a shame. It is extremely easy to get to Hoboken – bus, PATH, or train. If you want incredible views of the City and want to take some stunning photographs, Pier C is a wonderful place to visit. Once you are in Hoboken, there are many restaurants along Frank Sinatra Drive. There are also a number of fantastic restaurants on Washington Street. (Hoboken is only one square mile so it is very easy to walk around.) You can also bring a picnic lunch to eat at several parks along the Hudson River in Hoboken. Here's another tip. Go to Hoboken to have breakfast or brunch at La Isla Restaurant on Washington Street. (Omar's Stuffed French Toast beat Bobby Flay in Throwdown!) Then, walk over to Pier C. Enjoy!

Pretty park that's been well planned, constructed and maintained. Gorgeous views from the Verrazano to the George Washington Bridges...oh, and everything in between! Open grassy areas, walkways, trees, playgrounds, lots of benches and more VIEWS!! Pretty lighting at night and very safe feel. Really liked our time strolling through and enjoying this place built for everyone...

Pier C Park is besides Hudson River, with dazzling views of NYC skyline, wooden benches to relax and even a mini Central Park!!...The access to restaurants and cafes in Washington St, is barely a block or two away..Lovely spot to chill out and admire the greatness of The Big Apple

Pier C Park in Hoboken was such a pleasant and unexpected surprise when I went to visit a friend that just moved to the area. It is right on the Hudson overlooking the amazing NYC skyline. Great walking areas which are tree-lined and very clean. My favorite part of the park was what I called the "Mini Central Park" of NJ...a very large open grass field where people picnic, sunbathe, play frisbee, etc. The field overlooks the NYC skyline directly and it is really an awesome place to visit! It was hard to believe this peaceful park was just a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of the famous Hoboken pubs and restaurants!
