You have to have all the planets aligned: the weather, the time, the crowd, the server and what you order. If they all line up right you are in the perfect place. We did the raw bar thing; clams, mussels and tuna tacos. The menu wasn't really grabbing us in. I have to admit that the family friendly vibe can sometimes lead to screaming kids far from their parents tables who are loud enough to ruin your lunch but not their parents. But hey there is a pair of free high power binoculars to view the skyline so what do you expect. The Wine list has some gems with a great Puligny Montrachet from Carillon at a dirt cheap price, if you know your values. So drink up enjoy the view. The sun is shining and you're here to chill. Restaurants with great views are like sofa beds. You can't have it both ways.
